From the outset, I knew my father was going to be happy in Protheroe House. The flats are modern, spacious and clean. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful! The food is yummy and more importantly the staff, especially in the office are always polite, professional and extremely helpful! I have no hesitation in recommending this residential care home. Thank you One Housing!

The food is very poor and seems to be getting worse.

Since my brother moved in he has totally come out of his shell and is happier now than I can remember for a long time, this is down to the excellent management and staff, it is a great weight off my mind knowing he is being very well looked after and would strongly recommend to anyone.

The roster of activities is varied and engaging and the facilities are in excellent condition. Mum feels safe, happy and cared for, which is a huge weight off my mind. I cannot recommend Lorenco House highly enough.

The high quality of care that my sister is receiving has been excellent. The staff are friendly and professional. They provide kind and compassionate care especially for the manager who goes above and beyond to be helpful. I am pleased that my sister is fortunate enough to live here and I would unreservedly recommend it to anyone who needs care.

We loved Lorenco House from our first visit, it is beautifully decorated and furnished. It has a 5-star hotel feel with clusters of seating, sofas/armchairs, tables, lamps, and lovely modern pictures, dotted along the corridors. The atrium gives it a feeling of space and light in the communal areas. The flat is also fresh and new with a modern fully-fitted kitchen, wet-room, underfloor heating and large window/balcony doors in the lounge and bedroom. The office staff have been super friendly, and very supportive during this difficult time with the pandemic, and my parents are slowly getting to know and understand the many carers that work so hard there. It gives us as family members peace of mind that our parents are safe and being well looked after. Thank you Lorenco House staff!

Drawback: There is virulent racism in the area, female as much as male. Some of the residents are also racist - Shameful!!

Roseberry Mansions is an extra sheltered home that benefits people like me. The staff are very accommodating, listens to your complaints and acts immediately. The environment is quite good and the accommodation is very appropriate for my needs. Activities or events that are being brought to the mansions by management are very interesting and good for the clients/customers/patients who reside here. God Bless.
