I cannot praise all of the staff enough. The care and support my mother received went above and beyond. The home is clean, comfortable, and all of the staff are kind and caring. I could not have wished for a better place for my mum to make her final home.

This care home is well managed clean and caring. They look after all of my fathers needs as he has dementia. The management are always available for updates on his health should he need my reassurance and I'm not there the staff phone me and let me talk to him or if that doesn't work then they invite
me to come to visit him. You can certainly trust this home to take great care of your loved ones

The staff at Elliot House are amazing. It's a great comfort to me knowing my mom's care needs are met and she feels safe and contented. I couldn't rate Elliott House highly enough. The activities are wonderful and there is always something going to to make them smile.

Can't fault any of the staff here at Elliott House. They are the most caring people. My parent's been in a few homes and none are anywhere near as good as this one. It's like being part of a big happy family. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The home itself is very well maintained and clean.
Some homes smell quite nasty, but this one in my opinion is fantastic. The food is great, and plentiful. My parent is always clean and fresh smelling too. I wish we'd have had the opportunity to put my parent in here first, because they'd have been better treated, looked after, than the other homes they'd been put in.

Elliot house look after my Mum really well, there's always fun stuff happening and the staff are cheerful and engaged.
She's kept clean and presentable and the cake in the afternoon is a nice treat.

Mom has been a resident of Elliott House for 3.5 years now, we can not speak highly enough of this superb home. There is a lovely homely atmosphere, clean, smells fresh, well maintained bright and modern, and is always a happy place. The team are amazing, kind and genuinely caring, dedicated and hard
working, treating all residents with care, respect and utmost dignity. You are always made to feel welcome, greeted with smiles, and are always there for you to give help and support, nothing is ever too much trouble for them the whole family are treated with nothing but kindness. Excellent entertainment and facilities, beautiful calm garden area with outdoor seating easily accessible to all.


We are really appreciative for everything they do for Mom and are so grateful we found such a wonderful place for her, cant ask for anything more.

My husband is a resident at Elliott house and has been for the last 3 months .. well what can I say my husband has really adjusted to the home .. the care he receives is outstanding he looks the best he has looked in 3 years .. it was our wedding anniversary today 37 years ago.. the management and all
staff gave us the best memories.. they went above and beyond to make today so so special for us .. i cannot not tell you how happy he is ..also myself .. Thank you to you all.

Overall, we found the car given to my brother at Elliott House very good. His Alzheimers has got worse during the last three years and his behaviour can be very challenging. Staff were good to let us know when there was a problem, when he was admitted to hospital etc. My only criticism is that on several
occasions we would phone to speak to someone and calls were not always returned.

As a family, we were stressed and saddened when we had to put our dad into a care home. Thank goodness it was this care home he came to. We can't rate the staff highly enough. They are friendly and welcoming and clearly care very much about the residents. The level of care is very high. The little events
they put on are fabulous. It's a very calm, welcoming and happy atmosphere. I can't rate this care home highly enough.

My sister has been a resident at this home since 2020. It's always a pleasure to visit, the home is clean, fresh smelling and the staff are great. Residents have lots of activities and it's always decorated to reflect the current season. Food is freely available with regular rounds of the tea trolley,
plus biscuits, crisps, fresh fruit etc. A credit to the management.

My mom spent almost 3 years at Elliott House. She has recently passed and the care from the carers was fantastic. You all became part of her family. Special thanks to four staff members in particular along with everyone else. The kindness you’ve shown my mom will stay with me forever. You all played
a part in making her last years of life special. I know Mom would like me along with all her family to say Thank you for the best care and for making us all welcome into your special home.

The care staff at Elliott House are second to none, nothing is too much trouble and they are friendly and polite. They look after my sister really well and care for her. I am extremely happy with my friend's treatment at Elliott House. She is very happy here. It is lovely to see how the staff interact with the residents, and there are always some activities for them to do. It's lovely to see her happy.

The staff at the home are totally awesome. My mom is a resident, and her only granddaughter graduated on Tuesday 25th, and she wasn't able to attend. The staff made the front lounge up with banners and a cake, and tea. I made up for my mom not being able to go and made her a big part of my daughter's
day. It was over and above what they needed to do, but nothing is ever too much trouble. They are all so fantastic.

Bringing Mum to Elliott House fifteen months ago has brought peace of mind to the whole family. She is well cared for and loved. Mum, herself, frequently expresses her appreciation of the staff and the care she receives. Her physical needs have become more challenging since she arrived, but Elliott
House have continued to provide the best possible care and we truly hope that this is now his 'home for life'. Communication with the home is excellent and visitors are always afforded a warm welcome. The building is open, light, clean and spacious, with a lovely patio and garden area. Residents are always treated with kindness and respect and provided with a wonderful programme of activities to meet all interests. Would highly recommend Elliott House.

My father was taken in by Elliott House just prior to the pandemic. As we were unable to visit, the staff enabled us to facetime regularly. He looked happy and comfortable in his new home. As lockdown ended, a pod was created enabling us to visit one to one. They made so much effort to allow us contact
with him. The care my dad has received is excellent. There are lots of activities for all residents and regular parties for us to enjoy seeing them all. We are so pleased to have found such a caring and safe environment for him. We cannot thank all the staff enough.

I am so pleased Dad has moved to this home. He is no longer overmedicated with antipsychotic medication, only having low PRN usage. He is always up and dressed. He has personal care baths, showers and etc. despite behaviour that challenges. Carers are aware of Dad's care plan. The team are always a
step ahead when multidisciplinary care required. Excellent activity schedule. Approachable management team, able to share their theoretical approach to dementia care. I am able to relax at last.
