"My name is Ann Lyell and I have worked in the care sector for over 26 years. My introduction to care came after qualifying as a nurse in 1996. I have always worked in the private sector, particularly in elderly care within a care home environment.
Throughout my career I have met with great colleagues and having good mentors has enabled me to expand my knowledge and skills providing me with valuable experiences to be able to progress into care home management, which I have been doing for over 6 years now.
I have a great passion for dementia care and strive to deliver the highest quality of care to all residents and promotion of inclusion for all within a care home environment.
Abbie has been a nurse for 15 years. She started her career at Trinity House as a nurse and progressed to clinical lead, and she has now been promoted to Deputy Manager. When we asked Abbie what the best part about working at our all-inclusive care home was, she said, “We are like one big family, and the residents are like my Grandparents. I love building relationships with them”.
My name is "Angie" Wallace and I am the new administration officer at Trinity House Care Home.
I was a senior customer service manager with 27 years of experience in all things retail, including administration, marketing, cash control and people policies.

Anna is one of our team leaders when we asked her what the best thing about working at Trinity House was, she said that we are all a family, and no two days are the same.
Meet Ellen, she is one of the Team Leaders here at Trinity House she has been with us for 3 years. Ellen is currently doing her nursing studies through Trinity House. When asked what the best part of working in Trinity House is she said the people you meet and the bonds you make with the residents.
Robert started his career with us as a Care Assistant and has now moved onto being a Receptionist. When we asked him what’s the best part of working at our all-inclusive care home, he said “I love hearing staff and residents’ life stories and hearing what they did in their lives”.
Billy is our newest receptionist to join our team, when asked what he enjoys the most about working at Trinity he said meeting new people and seeing all the residents
At Trinity, Martyn leads the kitchen with passion and dedication, ensuring residents enjoy nutritious, high-quality meals tailored to their needs. Focusing on fresh ingredients, thoughtful menu planning, and a warm dining experience, he brings comfort and care with every dish served.
Alison is our Head of Housekeeping, she has recently joined our team, when asked what she enjoys most about working at Trinity she said chatting with the residents as she cleans and learning about them.
Alex is one of our Activity Coordinators. When asked what the best part of working in Trinity House she said planning fun activities for the residents and making bonds with the residents. Alex is proud of the birthday wish plans that she started when she joined the team, which have been a big success in the home.
Inma is one of the activity coordinators. when we asked Inma about the best part of working in Trinity House, she said she enjoys taking the residents out on outings and seeing them smile.
Sam is one of our hairdressers, when we asked Sam what the best part is about working at Trinity House, she said it is chatting with the residents, transforming their hair, and helping them feel their best selves.
