My dad is treated with utmost dignity in every way. He is always clean, well fed and truly cared for by all the staff. We are always notified of everything relating to dad, like immunisations, meetings or if he's unwell at any time. The staff are so lovely with him and other residents too. Our whole family are always telling people how wonderful Copperfields is. The staff are so friendly, helpful and caring. As a family, we don't feel we are worrying about dad like we did at his last place. All I can make is positive remarks and give you 100%.
