Eastcote Park has a Review Score of 9.8 (9.802) out of 10, based on 14 reviews in the last 2 years.
Over all time Eastcote Park has 54 reviews.
My mum recently had a respite stay at Eastcote Park and I've got to say wow. From the outside the building had us sold but it was the warm greeting from all the staff on entering that put myself and mom at ease. The rooms are spacious, mum states the carers were lovely and nothing was too much trouble and she said the food was delicious. Thank you, would definitely recommend.
Thank you for your review. It was a pleasure to look after your mum and we hope to be able to support her again when you next go on holiday.
Very pleasant stay. Remedial. Facilities very adequate for need. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, I tested positive for Covid while at Eastcote Park Care Home, so was confined to my room most of the time. Services, like daily laundry, helped to make my stay easy and comfortable. Good room service (food, etc.),
There were a few teething problems on my arrival as the room was new and had not been used before but they were put right straight away. My care was excellent after the staff were made aware of my capabilities. Overall - excellent care and facilities and very suitable for my short stay after being in hospital.
Thank you for your kind review, I am pleased to read that you had a great stay with us
Two negatives, but would not put me off using again:-
A. Outside supplier (Newsagent) twice missed newspaper on the list.
B. Clarify support and supervision with the resident present and explain that if the resident changes their mind to check with family first.
We take all recommendations seriously. We do in most cases clarify support and supervision with the resident present if appropriate. If a resident changes their mind (and they have full capacity) we are not legally obliged to check with the family first but we would...
What can I say about this care home apart from it's the best. We looked at every care home in the surrounding areas, we also spoke to friends who had experience of their loved one being in a care home. From our first viewing, talking to the manager and his team, and seeing what was being provided, we instantly knew that this was the place for our Mum/Nan. Our expectations have been more than exceeded and as a family, we have complete confidence knowing that Nan is professionally but lovingly cared for. The entire staff team are a credit to the manager and we can not thank them enough for everything they do. If you are looking for a care home you really must visit this one.
Thank you Louise for your very kind review, very much appreciated.
My nan has been so happy at Eastcote. It’s such a caring and cheerful place. The staff are second to none and the facilities are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. We know that nan is well cared for at Eastcote.
My great aunt stayed at this wonderful place for 2 weeks respite which allowed her family much-needed rest. They left knowing she was in safe, caring hands and daily updates really put our minds at rest, she was so well looked after. She had a great time and not once was she unsettled. The care was excellent would highly recommend.
So diligent, caring and competent were they that Mum settled in almost immediately, and we were able to relax knowing how well looked after Mum was.
Cannot thank four particular members of staff and all their colleagues enough for taking such exceptional care of Mum.
We loved having Mom here, and we miss her lovely smile... see you again in January.
All the staff at Eastcote Park have been amazing, since my initial enquiry, through to admittance and welcome of my father to their fabulous home. The home is just like a 5-star hotel, and the level of care, attention and kindness of all the staff is also 5-stars! I am so grateful to all at Eastcote for making my father so welcome and looking after him with genuine kindness. With many thanks.
It was a big move for Mum, but the care and support provided by the Eastcote team have turned a difficult time for all the family into a positive move. The care team are attentive and encourage socialising, including activities for those residents that wish to. This has been really helpful for Mum. The facilities, catering and location are second to none. It is also, comforting to know that Mum’s support needs such as a doctor, dentist, chiropodist, hairdresser, etc are organised by the care team. Mum has only been at Eastcote for a month, but it seems to be a really positive start.
We moved my nan to Eastcote Park in the middle of June and have been blown away with the facilities, attention to detail and care by the staff. It feels like a 5-star hotel when you walk in from the piano bar, gym, hair and nail salon and even the most beautiful spa-like bathroom. Nan hasn’t had a bath in years, and since being there, she’s had one almost every night; she already looks better and feels great since her move. The move was made stress free by all the wonderful staff, and I’m so pleased Nan now gets to have the 5-star treatment she deserves.
Thank you for your lovely comments. We love having her here with us, and she is so happy. She has a lovely friend, and they do lots together. She is doing really well, we love seeing her smile...
At Eastcote Park Mum has a ground floor room with her own french windows onto her own patio and complete with patio furniture. The staff could not have been more welcoming to both Mum and her family. Everything is 5* and Mum has perked up enormously since being there and is very well looked after, not just meals and cleaning but the staff actually care about her appearance and happiness. We are so happy we made the decision to move Mum, it’s a hard decision putting a loved one into care but at Eastcote we feel like a huge weight has been lifted off us and all our worries about her isolation have gone. Thank you so much to ALL staff there. Mum feels like she is staying in a 5 star hotel and can recommend the afternoon tea and prosecco she enjoyed with her cousin recently!
We had lunch with her on her first day and then left her settled in her room with her lovely welcome hamper.
We soon signed up for permanent care on the 4-week rolling contract.
I can honestly say her life has been enriched in this first month, she is walking more, having a regular schedule and having plenty of stimulation. We are notified of any falls, she was having several before she moved in! And anytime we call or if she wants to call us it’s never a bother. She has a lovely small double bed, which is the size she was used to before, she finds it very comfy.
All the staff without exception are delightful and cheery. I have already recommended Eastcote to others looking for care for their relatives.
From the second you enter the home the care and attention from the admin staff is absolutely fantastic, the care to all residents is second to none very caring, most polite, excellent and very attentive. Wonderful atmosphere 10/10 keep up the very good work home from home.
Thank you, John, for your kind word - it is a pleasure being able to look after you both!

Meet the Team (5)

As the General Manager, I am responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day running of the home. My role is to ensure that every resident receives the highest standard of person-centred care in a safe, supportive and welcoming environment. I lead and develop a dedicated team, oversee compliance with CQC regulations, and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community. With a focus on quality, compassion and professionalism, I strive to create a warm, homely setting where residents can live fulfilling and meaningful lives.'

I have worked for the Cinnamon Care Collection for the past 10 years, and I am really excited to be at Eastcote Park and feel that my experience will be beneficial to the residents and families I meet here. Empathy, understanding and a real-world experience of the issues facing families and their loved ones are a few of the things I bring to the team and along with colleagues, we can help make the transition into care as stress-free as possible. I love nothing more than returning family members to being family members rather than carers.
I helped care for my mother-in-law, who developed young-onset dementia in her early 50’s, so I truly understand the journey families are on.

I am the Resident Services Advisor at Eastcote Park; I support individuals and their families to make decisions about their future retirement and care choices. I also build a network of local contacts to support the interests of our homeowners and residents, as well as the business.
I have worked in the retirement village and care industry for the last 20 years, from sourcing land to planning permission and supporting the build process to meeting prospective residents and supporting their move-in process. I have personal experience supporting family members to find the right retirement and care options for themselves and know how important it is to understand the individual’s situation and to find the solution that is right for them.
I am married with twin daughters, who are both trampoline coaches, which has led me to become a qualified judge. I am an avid Harry Potter fan and keep my husband baffled by some of the references to the books and movies! I love to travel, especially with my family, having taken many different holidays from beach to city to adventure and theme parks (especially Harry Potter-themed parks). I love to read and can often be found curled up with a good book; I go everywhere with my Kindle. A random fact about me is that I can recite the alphabet backwards, and it has actually proved to be quite a useful tool.

Hello, my name is JoAnne, and I am the Lead Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coordinator at Eastcote Park.
I have worked in care for over 20 years. I worked my way up to a senior carer; then, I was given the opportunity to lead the Wellbeing & Lifestyle Team, which I enjoy, as I like to bring a smile to the residents' faces.
I am passionate about ensuring all the residents receive happy, enjoyable, varied, and meaningful activities along with social events inside and outside the home.
I encourage the residents to join in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and physical well-being while maintaining their independence, choice and dignity, enabling them to lead a full and active life as possible.

I’m the head chef at Eastcote Park and ensure that the food we serve allows for an exceptional dining experience. I have been a finalist in the national Care Home Chef of the Year competition for the last 2 years. Our residents enjoy the freshest, most nutritious and of course tastiest food every day - no matter what their dietary requirements.
About me:I qualified as a chef in 1990 at Solihull College,
My experience:I have spent the last 32 years in hotels and restaurants
Food plays such an important part in our day-to-day living not just nutritionally but psychologically too, which is why it is so important to deliver consistently good food.
