Over all time Eastcote Park has 54 reviews.
Excellent service from initial viewing through to care and accommodation. My mother was made to feel welcome and thoroughly enjoyed her time with the staff and other residents. Would recommend it for both the staff and care provided and the quality of accommodation and facilities available.
My mother has been resident since January 2023. Mom always enjoys the entertainment and exercise classes which we think are an excellent of the daily routine. The meals and service are superb and the daily menu always looks appetising.
You kindly put 2 beds in 1 room allowing my parents to be together at night, this help reduce my mum's anxiety. The other room was transferred into a sitting room for them. All your staff made my parents feel very welcome, relaxed and first-class care. They spent 2 weeks respite and we all benefitted from this. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The room and facilities were excellent and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Thank you to all the staff.
Thank you for your kind words and 5* review! We really enjoyed looking after Mum & Dad - they are welcome back anytime!
I think Eastcote Park is utterly brilliant. All of the staff are lovely and cheerful. I have never come across a grumpy member of staff. You walk in and are always greeted with a smile.
Thank you for your kind words! We love having you around as you always make us smile!
There is a very good choice of food, and this is well prepared and attractively presented.
Thank you for your comments with reference to Eastcote Park.
Wonderful place for my friend.
I recently went to visit a friend, who not long since moved to Eastcote Park for a convalescence break. I know the home quite well, as we have other friends who have lived and stayed there. It was a pleasure to see that nothing has changed and the reception still gives you a very warm welcome. My friend was over the moon with her stay and could not sing the praises of the management, staff and service any higher. You are doing such a great job that she is now thinking of staying long term! You have a great reputation so you are doing something right, thank you.
Thank you very much for your kind words, we are glad that your friend is enjoying their time with us.
My wife was in respite care for four weeks. During this time she was extremely well looked after by the staff who made every effort to interact with the residents. From my first approach to the home, the management were extremely helpful with all the arrangements which had to be made a short notice. I would use this home again should the need arise in the future.
Thank you for your kind words. I am glad that your experience was positive.
Eastcote Park was a very welcoming, friendly place, from the moment we first arrived to meet the managers, to Dad's arrival and on his departure all the staff were just lovely. When we phoned to check how Dad was during his stay, everyone was happy to chat to us and reassure us. We would be very happy for Dad to stay there again.
Thank you for your kind words. Dad was a pleasure to look after and he will always be welcome back!
Considering my mother was 'never going into a care home' she has blossomed since being with you and her confidence and well-being have significantly improved (along with her waistline...lol) over the last five weeks. She had no real appetite prior to her fall but the food you prepare has been really good with choice. The standard of care and friendliness of the staff has been exceptional and I think she will be sad to leave you on Monday. Thank you for looking after my mum so well.
Thank you for your review of Eastcote Park. It was a pleasure to be able to care for your mother.
The home itself reminds me of a luxury hotel, and I witnessed nothing but kind and caring support from the people employed.
The home is a credit to its management; thank you for giving me my friend back, and thank you for the hardwork you undertake.
My friend had nothing but praise for every aspect of the service you provide.
Thank you for your very kind words. We are very happy that your friend is enjoying their time with us.
We moved here in September and couldn't be more pleased. It's a decision made by us for us. Everyone is so nice and helpful and made us feel part of a community.
Thank you so much for your review. We are delighted that you came to live at Eastcote Park.
As a resident of the apartments attached to the care home. The facilities are first class, and the organised events include all. The staff are very professional and always mindful of each individual's needs.
Thank you for your review. We are glad that you are enjoying living at Eastcote Park and are quickly becoming a valued member of our community!
My mother has been a resident at Eastcote for a year. We are so glad that we found Eastcote, as she is comfortable and happy here. Standards of care are very high and facilities are luxurious. The staff here go the extra mile to provide a top-class service. They are also personal and caring.
Thank you for your kind words. We do love having Mum living with us - she is lovely!
My godfather was initially booked in for 2 weeks respite at the end of July. This was extended because he was enjoying it so much, and he has now made the decision to stay permanently. The whole team are friendly and welcoming, the facilities and activities are first-class, and most importantly, the care he receives is exceptional. I am happy he now has round-the-clock care and the chance to interact with people all day, rather than having 4 brief calls a day when he was living at home.
Thank you, Vanessa. Your godfather is a delight to care for and he makes us all smile!
I can not speak highly enough of Eastcote Park Care Home. My dad moved here from a different care home provider just over 12 months ago and it was the best move he could have made. Yes, the surroundings and facilities are great but it is all the staff that really make Eastcote Park what it is. The staff, be they management, carer, activities, housekeeping, catering, reception or maintenance all build relationships with the residents, treat them as individuals and listen to them whilst doing their jobs to the highest standard and with a smile and a laugh along the way. Eastcote Park Care Home really is a home that cares and we as a family would thoroughly recommend it as a safe, caring and excellent care home.
Thank you for your lovely words - Dad is a lovely Gent and we love having him here.
My friend has now been a resident at Eastcote for seven months. In every respect, this residential home is excellent and fully deserves its 5-star rating. I do not need to type anymore, but the computer will not accept less.
My Father moved into Eastcote Park in around June 2022 following my Mother passing away in February. He initially had a 2-week trial before moving in on a full-time basis which was very beneficial. The way Dad has been treated from day 1 to now has been excellent by everyone involved at Eastcote Park. The facilities are fantastic, the food is amazing and my sisters and I feel so relieved that Dad is so happy being there. Dad is very comfortable living at Eastcote Park and is being extremely well looked after and I can think of no negatives only 100% positives - I highly recommend!
Jonathan, thank you for your very kind review. We love having Dad living at Eastcote Park, he keeps us on our toes and is a great advocate for us.
Mum died in February and Dad announced that he would like to move to a Care Home. I knew it would have to be a special sort of Care Home, one that would allow him to live independently whilst also being able to mix with others and be looked after, and viewed several in the area (I live in Knowle), but it wasn't until I walked through the doors at Eastcote that I knew I'd found The One. It just feels right and is rather like a cross between a Five Star Hotel and Luxury Cruise. Dad's room with private wet room, plenty of space, his own patio overlooking a grassed and beautifully planted quad (which is prettily lit at night), his own pictures and mementoes, desk and large TV. A wonderful communal lounge, with crafts area; cinema; amazing dining room which serves the most fantastic food (the menu is mind-boggling!). It really is a dream. There's a hairdressing salon and a gym, and a bar too! The staff are amazing - kind, compassionate and fun, and Dad is so happy and feels safe.
Thank you so much for the kind words - we absolutely love having Dad living with us....he brightens all of our days!
My sister has been in Eastcote just over two weeks. She has been very happy and looked after excellently. The staff and management are all so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, the food is first class. My sister will be back in September.
Thank you for your feedback. We loved having your sister here and we look forward to seeing you all again in September.

Meet the Team (5)

As the General Manager, I am responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day running of the home. My role is to ensure that every resident receives the highest standard of person-centred care in a safe, supportive and welcoming environment. I lead and develop a dedicated team, oversee compliance with CQC regulations, and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community. With a focus on quality, compassion and professionalism, I strive to create a warm, homely setting where residents can live fulfilling and meaningful lives.'

I have worked for the Cinnamon Care Collection for the past 10 years, and I am really excited to be at Eastcote Park and feel that my experience will be beneficial to the residents and families I meet here. Empathy, understanding and a real-world experience of the issues facing families and their loved ones are a few of the things I bring to the team and along with colleagues, we can help make the transition into care as stress-free as possible. I love nothing more than returning family members to being family members rather than carers.
I helped care for my mother-in-law, who developed young-onset dementia in her early 50’s, so I truly understand the journey families are on.

I am the Resident Services Advisor at Eastcote Park; I support individuals and their families to make decisions about their future retirement and care choices. I also build a network of local contacts to support the interests of our homeowners and residents, as well as the business.
I have worked in the retirement village and care industry for the last 20 years, from sourcing land to planning permission and supporting the build process to meeting prospective residents and supporting their move-in process. I have personal experience supporting family members to find the right retirement and care options for themselves and know how important it is to understand the individual’s situation and to find the solution that is right for them.
I am married with twin daughters, who are both trampoline coaches, which has led me to become a qualified judge. I am an avid Harry Potter fan and keep my husband baffled by some of the references to the books and movies! I love to travel, especially with my family, having taken many different holidays from beach to city to adventure and theme parks (especially Harry Potter-themed parks). I love to read and can often be found curled up with a good book; I go everywhere with my Kindle. A random fact about me is that I can recite the alphabet backwards, and it has actually proved to be quite a useful tool.

Hello, my name is JoAnne, and I am the Lead Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coordinator at Eastcote Park.
I have worked in care for over 20 years. I worked my way up to a senior carer; then, I was given the opportunity to lead the Wellbeing & Lifestyle Team, which I enjoy, as I like to bring a smile to the residents' faces.
I am passionate about ensuring all the residents receive happy, enjoyable, varied, and meaningful activities along with social events inside and outside the home.
I encourage the residents to join in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and physical well-being while maintaining their independence, choice and dignity, enabling them to lead a full and active life as possible.

I’m the head chef at Eastcote Park and ensure that the food we serve allows for an exceptional dining experience. I have been a finalist in the national Care Home Chef of the Year competition for the last 2 years. Our residents enjoy the freshest, most nutritious and of course tastiest food every day - no matter what their dietary requirements.
About me:I qualified as a chef in 1990 at Solihull College,
My experience:I have spent the last 32 years in hotels and restaurants
Food plays such an important part in our day-to-day living not just nutritionally but psychologically too, which is why it is so important to deliver consistently good food.
