Willow Lodge is a bespoke, state of the art, 32 bed home located in Falkirk. Set in a quiet, residential area, it is located close to local shops and amenities, near Falkirk High train station, and just a ten-minute bus ride into Falkirk town centre.

The home has a team of experienced registered nurses and care workers who provide personalised, recovery focused support to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties and their associated conditions.

As part of the Meallmore Group, Willow Lodge follows rigorous infection control procedures in line with the latest public health guidance.

Willow Lodge is finished to a very high standard. Each resident has their own bedroom with ensuite facilities. There are several communal areas for residents to relax, socialise and dine in, while there is also a cinema room and dedicated activities areas.

While the home offers long terms placements, as part of their rehab focus, it also has four self-contained apartments. These are designed to enable residents to develop their life skills with a view to them moving on to their own community-based accommodation.

Willow Lodge’s dedicated Activities Team offer residents a varied programme of activities, supporting them to socialise and continue their hobbies both in the home and the community.

Food is prepared by a team of professional chefs to ensure it is always nutritious, varied, and responsive to dietary requirements. The home also has a life skills kitchen where the chefs work with residents to develop their cooking skills.

The home has a private courtyard which is safe, secure and accessible, offering residents an attractive area to sit and relax or enjoy a BBQ.

Willow Lodge has access to various healthcare professionals, including GPs, Psychiatry/Psychology, Specialist Nursing Services, Talking Therapies and Community Mental Health Teams.

My sister has been at Willow Lodge for 10 months now. Since her admission, I have seen such a positive change in her. I have found the staff - all okf them, helpful, friendly and communicative.
There are plenty of activities available. My sister tells me the food is great and the chefs are very nice.
One of the main things for me is that she is now in a much safer environment, receiving the emotional and physical support she needs.

I saw my sister today and was really pleased to see her looking well. She has been living at Willow Lodge for 10 months and seems to ve more settled. The food and staff are her favourite things. The high quality of food and variety is wonderful.
I live far away from her, so knowing she is in a safe
environment is such a relief for me. I am sure she will continue to flourish in Willow Lodge.

I am more than happy with the care my dad received from all staff members at Willow Lodge. My dad is happy and content here which is the most important thing. Will be forever grateful for everything the staff members do for him.

The staff are friendly and helpful, my room is big and nice. I enjoy it when Dexter the dog comes in. I enjoy the life skills, with the chef.

Willow Lodge is modern, in a good area and well kept with good security.
My sister has been at Willow Lodge for just over two years. I am reassured knowing that she is being well looked after. My sister is warm and well fed with comfortable accommodation and private facilities.

An excellent care home, very welcoming, visually and personally. The staff are genuinely caring and work in a professional manner and an empathetic way towards my daughter.
We have experienced many care homes in the last five years and Willow Lodge is by far the best. The building, decor, rooms, activities,

Everyone is most helpful and my brother was doing fine and loves it here. I'm pleased with everything. The only thing is my brother doesn't seem to get afternoon tea accept for Sunday.

Staff are caring and considerate. They are kind and use humour well. They respect residents and each other. They encourage residents to try things and are very positive.
The decor of the care home is lovely. Meals are healthy with lots of choices. There are lots of activities available. The staff
act very well on feedback from residents and relatives. They pass information on to relatives. Management are involved in the daily life of the home. Overall, I'm delighted with the high level of care my brother receives at Willow Lodge.

Staff work very hard to care and engage with my husband and meet all his needs very well. Management and staff communicate very well with me if they or I have any concerns. Excellent care all round. Meals are enjoyable and his room is very modern and spacious, with his own bathroom facilities and a
fridge to keep his juice etc. in. Various lounges with kitchen facilities nearby.
