The home is lovely, clean and welcoming, and all of the staff we have met have been friendly, respectful and helpful. They treat the residents with kindness and dignity, which is so important to us as a family.
The food is lovely too, and most importantly, my uncle is very happy and settled there. It gives us great peace of mind knowing that he is being so well cared for.
We are very pleased with the care home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere for a loved one.

My dad joined Weymouth Manor in April 2026 and has had absolutely superb care from Maria and the team from day one. The staff are always welcoming and helpful and the home itself is bright and airy, beautifully furnished and maintained to a very high standard. There's a wide range of activities on offer and a real focus on getting to know the residents and involving their families in the life of the home. Nothing is too much trouble, and it's always possible to speak to someone from the management team if I have any questions. I have huge peace of mind knowing that dad is in such safe hands and really couldn't have wished for a better place for him.

My dad was cared at Weymouth Manor for approximately 8 months. I could not of asked for better care and environment to support my dad up until he passed away in April. From Maria the manager to all the carers and cleaners they all had a smile on their face and showed my dad the upmost respect and they could always get a smile out of him on the most grumpiest of days. Their care and respect at dad's end of life was second to none. I am so thankful to everyone there and to even receive a memory cushion made out of dad's favourite t shirt was just wonderful. My mum was admitted to Weymouth Manor as an emergency for respite care. She has been very well looked after in a beautiful environment. Whenever I have visited, I have been greeted in a friendly manner by all staff and made to feel welcome.

Anne has been here for the past 3 years. In the past few months any changes have been made which are very noticable everytime we visit. The staff are excellent and very caring and kind to all. The home as been made a very comfortable home. Well done to all concerned.

For everyone it is a really big decision and life change, to help a loved one move into a residential care home. We struggled with the whole process, including how to decide which care home would be able to meet my Dad's quite specific needs and give him the dignity, independence and support he now needed. After meeting Maria and her team, and looking around Weymouth Manor, we knew that this was the place for Dad. Beautifully decorated but still feels like home, friendly welcoming staff who really take the time to get to know the residents, amazing menus of food, a full programme of activities everyday, hair salon, cinema room, library, cafe are just some of things on offer. When we visit we are made to feel so welcome, and included, and most importantly Dad is safe and has settled really well there - I highly recommend Weymouth Manor.

My husband, who has Parkinsons disease, recently spent 2 weeks respite at Weymouth Manor. He had a lovely bedroom with an en suite wet-room. The clinical staff were excellent in their care of him. The care staff were so friendly and caring, and encouraged him to join in with activities. Visits by myself and other family were welcomed, and we were also encouraged to take part in activities. Tea and cakes were always offered. My husband loved the food, served in the well laid out dining room, where he was given help to eat. He would like to make a special mention of the talented chef, especially his cakes! I would certainly recommend this care home and will definitely be booking a further respite stay in the near future.
