Roseside supports adults living with complex needs arising from brain injuries, neuro disabilities, mental health conditions, dementia, and physical health conditions.

The home has 32 en suite bedrooms across four eight-bed units; this smaller group living ensures personalised attention and support. Each unit has shared dining and lounge spaces and sensory bathrooms. The home benefits from communal areas such as an activities hub, therapy room, accessible garden, and spaces for social connection and therapy.

Sunflower Unit is a male-only environment that provides support for those with a primary dementia diagnosis and presenting with behaviours of concern, with a high risk to self and others.

Tulip Unit supports those with complex physical health needs arising from a neurological or spinal injury diagnosis, such as bladder, bowel, and respiratory conditions, and co-occurring mental health needs.

Primrose Unit supports those with complex mental health needs arising from a mental health or neurological diagnosis, with a predominant behavioural presentation.

The Lavender Unit is not open yet, but its profile will be developed in partnership with stakeholders and shaped by local demand.

The nurse-led team includes Registered Nurses, therapists, and care staff trained in positive behaviour support.

People are encouraged to personalise their rooms and routines, rebuild daily living skills, and engage in meaningful leisure - such as arts, music, cinema evenings, or volunteering in the local community.
