Before choosing a care home for my daughter Lisa, we looked round a few. Tees Grange Norton was defineatly the best. She moved in in December 2024. The staff are lovely the food is excellent and the standard of care is really good. We visit 4 times a week and each time stay at least 3 hours so we see how attentive the staff are. There is never an unpleasant smell and you are always greeted with a smile from the staff.

Excellent care and brilliant staff make you feel so welcome when visiting. Nothing is any trouble. The food is excellent. We have been to a number of care homes, and this is by far the best. The garden is a pleasure to walk round.

Review from Lorraine H (Sister of Resident) published on 13 June 2023 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

My brother has recently moved into Tees Grange. His care and care plan are exceptional. The staff have explained everything to both him and myself in detail about how they will work towards improving his mobility and health after suffering a stroke. Each member of staff has introduced themselves and informed us of their role in his recovery. The accommodation, facilities and the garden are absolutely superb. I couldn’t recommend Tees Grange enough. It’s more than we could have wished for.
