I have over 30 years of experience working within the care industry. Starting as a care assistant, I was promoted to gain my first care home manager's role at the young age of 23. After relocating to Australia for three years, I have returned to the care management role and have successfully commissioned four care homes. Within the same organisation, I then worked as an Operations Manager supporting the group homes. Due to the sale of the business, I have returned to the management role and upheld an Outstanding rating by the Care Quality Commission. I am committed to providing the residents with the best possible person-centred care.
