Overall Experience

A place to call home , where people are genuinely cared for and treated like family by everyone . I know Hylton Grange has only been open 3 years but unlike other places they are constantly keeping the home updated adding personal touches all focused around the people who live there , young and old The garden area is a pleasant space and the cleanliness of the home is excellent . As a visitor you are always made to feel welcome by everyone there as they understand how upsetting it can be as a visitor .The staff are amazing even with challenging individuals and you can see they really do care which is all you want for your loved ones to be well cared for and safe which gives you peace of mind . Hylton Grange is a first class example of how all care homes should be . Thank you everyone for what you do on a day to day basis

My brother is always cared for in an exemption manner. Ever since he went to Hylton Grange, he has become a different mind. His health has improved he is eating more and has even started chatting away more than ever did. The nurses are extremely friendly and very caring.

What can I say about Hylton Grange other than excellent. The staff make a care home and the staff here, from the management team to the cleaning staff treat the residents with respect, dignity and a caring nature. They are all friendly and supportive to relatives. Aesthetically it's the nicest home I've been in. Lovely surroundings, big rooms, nicely decorated. I'm very choosy when it comes to my husband's care but I never regretted choosing Hylton Grange. Thank you to the manager and the team.
