Overall a very good place for my Mum-in-law to live her days now.

Trinity Manor provides excellent care in a clean, spacious and safe environment. The care staff are friendly and welcoming. The activities are well organised and socially inclusive, with staff encouraging engagement and participation. The management staff are not always available when required and
although communication is generally good, there is room for improvement. The building has a good, upbeat atmosphere. The residents appear calm, settled and happy.
Reply from Diana Cole, Supporting Management Team at Trinity ManorThank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.

We are very pleased to hear your positive comments regarding the care provided, the environment within the home, and the friendliness of our team. My mother in law moved in and has found it very difficult in any care home. The staff have been incredible and the level of care and attention is as good as it can be. Big thank you to Suji + Edina for there outstanding care and patience in dealing with Sue. Also a huge thank you to Laura and Alex for
making it possible for Sue to move to Trinity Manor. Leke Edina and Suji with care, Laura and Alex did the same at administration level.

My parents moved into Trinity Manor in May 2025. They occupy two rooms situated next door to each other, one is their sitting too and one is their bedroom. This set up works perfectly for them, they have privacy but with the security of knowing someone is always on hand when help is required. The
home is very welcoming and the staff are extremely attentive.

Attended the mothers day event in the reception area. Tables laid out beautifully with full afternoon tea, bucks fizz. A great example of how this home is going 'the extra mile' for residents. Mum has now been resident for 5 weeks and she has settled well thanks to the lovely staff. We visited many
homes before chosing Trinity Manor and have no regrets.

I have been very impressed with the home and the care my mother has received. The environment is pleasant and the staff patient and friendly. I feel that when there are issues the manager is keen to find resolutions and, with improved communication in place, I have confidence that the home will go from
strength to strength. I am impressed with the catering and feel the issues with maintenance, laundry and general communications have sensible solutions in the pipeline. The manager and staff I have come into contact with are absolutely marvellous.

My mum has been at Trinity Manor since October 2024. Recent changes, including improvement in and expansion of activities and food quality have made a marked difference. The atmosphere is more buoyant, which I think is partly down to new members of the activities team, who are encouraging and inclusive.
Mum seems happy with the changes too and has responded by joining in more with fellow residents and engaging with different enrichment activity. The invitation of resident/relative meetings has allowed us to better appreciate what is being done to progressively improve different aspects of the home, including communication.
Reply from Diana Cole, Management Team at Trinity ManorThank you for your kind feedback. We're delighted to hear the recent improvements, especially in activities and food, have made a positive difference and created a more uplifting atmosphere. My mum was sent here for a month to assess her needs. We paid out £4000 for 2 more weeks. After illness she needs help going to the toilet, dressing etc but has no other problems. The Home was very short-staffed & she often waited ages for help: going to the toilet or didn't get breakfast much before
her lunch! She was once left on the toilet for nearly 2 hours before anyone returned! Daily activities were haphazard, often cancelled.
Alcohol is virtually non existent as are cake and drinks in the bistro. She can't make a coffee from her wheelchair. My mum has taken mild over the counter medication for years. A member of staff went through her drawers & took them.
Laundry wasn't returned when she left. 3 shirts lost. 50 days on (24 emails & 3 phone calls later) we've received 2. Accounting is haphazard. An email said we owed more. We refuted this & have heard no more! The managenent is inefficient and this trickles down through the whole establishment.

Inadequate number of staff - ratio 3-21 patients!
No TV or radio in room. No pictures on room walls, which required maintenance! Dentures not cleaned. Lost items of clothing. Failure to send urine sample for possible UTI when required by relative, which had resulted in an acute infection. Failure
to arrange transport to alternative facility as requested by GP and social care. Inadequate 'overbed' table - one not provided at all until requested. Morar Living - Website tel when phoned says not recognised - chat box and email contact facility - no response. A very disappointing experience at Trinity Manor.
Reply from Mark Webb-Austin, Regional Manager at Trinity ManorDue to the high turnover of D2A placements, TVs and radios arent routinely provided, and personal pictures are not permitted on walls to maintain room condition for incoming residents. We're sorry to hear about your relatives experience with oral care. Records show care was offered but often declined.Families are encouraged to label clothing. In a home, managing unidentified items can be challenging. On 31 May, cloudy urine recorded. Although no typical signs of infection, we increased fluids and arranged a GP visit for 2 June.A transport-related miscommunication has since been resolved. The overbed table, initially declined, was provided the same day.We apologise for any difficulty in reaching us. We aim to return missed calls where possible. We take all feedback seriously and learn from concerns raised. Your comments have been shared with the teams and will inform service improvements. Both my Mum 92 and Dad 94 have been resident at Trinity Manor in Stratford upon Avon. Dad was cared for by the Dementia Team and Mum is cared for by the Nursing Team. Sadly Dad only spent 9 weeks at TM before he died but during that time he received excellent care by the Care Team and Nurses. He had
a beautiful private room and during his last week we were supported 24/7 by everyone at TM.
That support continued after Dads death and on the day of the funeral helping to get Mum (very limited mobility) to the funeral service in the mobility minibus and afterwards for a private family gathering with Mum.
We researched many options before moving my parents to a Care Home and experienced an alternative provider for Dad following discharge from hospital. There was simply no comparison.
TM not only cares for their residents but importantly the wider family. We definitely choose the right place. A huge thank you to the manager and her dedicated team.

Trinity Manor is well-appointed and furnished to a high standard. The home offers a Cinema, Bistro, and Salon. The TV lounges, quiet rooms and dining rooms are comfortable and smart. Staff are caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. My husband has found it difficult to accept being in the home due to his
young age, but we are trying to make the best of the situation. One thing that helped recently, was the fact that we were able to book private dining. The dining room is lovely and the staff made the event special for us. We have planned our next date lunch! I would recommend Trinity Manor and we feel lucky to have found it.

The Care Home is clean, tidy and with pleasant furnishings. The staff are friendly and helpful and try to accommodate my husband's needs which are not always easy. My only suggestion would be if he could have more interaction in the form of activities as he does say he is bored! He has always been
a "people person". However, I do feel he is well looked after and seems to get on well with the carers which is a great comfort to me.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Care Home is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.443 for Trinity Manor is calculated as follows: ( (156 Excellents x 5) + (56 Goods x 4) + (19 Satisfactorys x 3) + (10 Poors x 2) + (3 Very Poors x 1) ) ÷ 244 Ratings = 4.443
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.975 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Trinity Manor is based on 19 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 3.975
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the registered maximum number of service users in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Care Home registered for a maximum of 50 service users has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 83 registered maximum number of service users is 16.6, which has been reached with 19 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Care Home does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
