Hooton Unit and Rockingham Unit support adults living with a primary neurological diagnosis, including brain injury, functional neurological disorder, motor neurone disease, Parkinson’s disease, spinal cord injury, or stroke, with complex co-occurring mental and physical health needs, including diabetes, dysphagia, and epilepsy.
Newhill Unit supports adults living with a primary dementia diagnosis, including alcohol related, early-onset, frontotemporal, or vascular dementia with complex co-occurring mental and physical health
needs, and displays significant behaviours of concern.
Roman Unit is a male-only unit that supports older working-age (50+) adults living with complex mental health needs arising from a primary mental health or neurological diagnosis, including brain injury or dementia.
The nurse-led team includes general and mental health registered nurses, therapy professionals, and activities coordinators trained in positive behaviour support.
Many people supported in the home have multiple diagnoses and comorbidities, so care is person-centred and focused on individual goals.
Individualised staffing levels and in-house therapy enable them to remain in their community while receiving complex care that supports independence and wellbeing.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care and kindness shown by everyone at Potters Green. From the moment my dad arrived, it was clear that this is a place where residents are treated with genuine compassion, dignity and respect. The staff consistently go above and beyond, not just doing their jobs, but truly caring about the people they look after. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble and there is always a willingness to help, listen and support both residents and family. Their patience and empathy have made a very difficult time so much easier.

The Potters Green Care Home is excellent, caters for everybody, very clean and friendly, residents are always happy. The staff are kind and caring and always there for the residents and families. Nothing is too much trouble. Very happy with the home, food is fantastic.
