Knighten Unit supports adults living with complex mental health needs arising from a primary mental health or neurological diagnosis, including dementia, Korsakoff syndrome, personality disorder, or schizophrenia. It may present with predominant mental health and behavioural needs.
Watermead Unit supports adults living with complex and multiple physical disabilities and/or physical health needs arising from a primary spinal injury or neurological diagnosis, such as brain injury, Huntington’s disease, MS, or MND.
Greenacre Park’s experienced team includes registered nurses, therapists, and support staff trained in positive behaviour support.
Each person helps shape their own care journey, whether that means rebuilding independent living skills, reconnecting with hobbies, or maintaining relationships with family and friends.

The care is good but financial communications with the Council is very confusing for the family. He has a brain injury and memory issues and we need more support in managing his administrative affairs.
