My husband, has been calmer since he moved into Rowanbrook, he doesn't know what he has done to be in there, so i keep it from him, the carers really know how to look after all the residents, i was under the illusion i could have my husband home again, but i know it will never happen, i know he is looked after 24/7, i couldn't wish for him to be in a better place, i visit on a regular basis and am always made welcome.
Thank you for the lovely review! We are very honoured and happy that we achieved to provide your husband with the right environment based on the standards of care that we aim for and the home itself. Families are very important to us as they are for our residents.
I have no problem with the care. Really happy mum is happy. Mum has been in 2 different care homes and this is by far the best one.

This care home is excellent from the manager who is always friendly and always welcoming to family members. The care staff are very enthusiastic and supportive I would definitely recommend this home has five star and thank them all for the care my mom receives
Thank you for your kind words! I will share your lovely comments with the team. We are happy and proud that we made a difference in your mother's life and we will continue to do so.
The team are always on hand to ensure that residents feel safe, comfortable, and valued. My mother now has trouble reflecting her true feelings and i feel the staff know exactly what she needs and when she needs it.
The facilities are always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to support both independence and safety. The meals are nutritious and tailored to individual dietary needs, and the variety of activities offered keeps residents engaged and socially active.
Communication with family members is excellent-we're always kept informed and involved. I'm deeply grateful for the care and support my mother has received.
Thank you for the detailed review and your kind words are very much appreciated by the team. We strive to achieve the best outcomes for our residents and wish for all family members to rest assured that we are the best at what we do. Thank you for choosing us and being a part of the Rowanbrook family.
The overall care is excellent, the attention to detail by individual members of staff is outstanding. The care and empathy from the staff is also extended to the loved ones family. When you have to make the decision to put a loved one into care it's has too be one of the most difficult decision you will have to make therefore it's very important to feel confident that you have made the correct decision, I believe I have.

Since becoming a resident there, my husband has become a different person, he is happy, he has a smile on his face, he engages in conversation, he laughs and he even says that he likes it there and he is happy. He has been engaging in activities also. Such a remarkable transformation thanks to the carers and other staff members.
Everything is nice about the home from the bedrooms with en-suite and Tv to the lounge and dining room.
Something I've noticed, is that there are always carers sitting with residents wherever they are whether in the lounge or the dining room.
I would definitely recommend this care home for your LO.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a wonderful 5* review and recommendation. We are so happy to read the improvement in your husband and how happy and settled he is at Rowanbrook care home. thanks to the care and support of our dedicated team.
My sister went into Rowanbrook Care Home in November. She has settled in really well and really loves it there. All the staff at Rowanbrook are friendly and very helpful, they keep our family updated with any concerns or changes that they might have. The lounge area is just the perfect size very homely and not too overwhelming perfect for sitting in small private groups. I would recommend this care home to anyone who is looking for residency as you will be looked after with high standards.
Thank you very much for your review of Rowanbrook Care Home, we are so pleased that your sister has found the perfect home. The environment that we created is thoroughly thought of, in consideration for our residents to offer a homely feel and the privacy needed to enrich their lives. All of this is complemented by the knowledge and skills of our team. We appreciate you recommending us.
Reception Staff are always polite and professional. Management are proactive and efficient. I can tell that they maintain and expect the highest standards. This is reflected in staff attitude, delivery of care and the support given. Nurses are professional, knowledgeable, caring and are consistent in providing holistic person centred care. This is really important therefore I am reassured. Carers are compassionate and skillful. I can see that they are confident. I therefore commend you on the high standard of training and support they are exposed to.
The caterers provide the specialist diet and excellent meals that my sister needs which is excellent. The play coordinator has ensured my sister has stimulating and varied activities daily which she enjoys. The cleaning staff are dedicated and help to provide a pleasant, warm home which we appreciate. Thank you all for taking such good care of our sister.
Thank you for such a detailed and lovely review! We are so pleased to be part of your sister's life and this is what our purpose is: to deliver the highest quality of care to everyone that joins the Rowanbrook Family. We are honoured that your sister and the rest of the family have chosen us.
The nurses were amazing with my grandad. They were very gentle, caring towards his care. I also found that the kitchen staff were extremely polite and had good manners. I would recommend this home to others because their efforts were outstanding.
Thank you for the lovely review, Alice! We appreciate your kind words and we are honoured to have been a part of your grandad's life journey. He will be forever remembered at Rowanbrook Care Home.
We moved our son into Rowanbrook Care home 4 months ago. I have purposely waited before submitting a review with our son's move from a previous care home into Rowanbrook. Since the move, I can honestly say that there has been a significant improvement in the appearance and mental well-being of our son. All the staff irrespective of their role or function put the residents first and foremost, with the standard of care and compassion being exemplary.
Thank you for your kind words and feedback! This is a credit to the dedication, compassion, and hard work of everyone here at Rowanbrook. We are privileged to be part of the life journey and to be an extension of the family for yourselves and your loved one.
