V has come last week and the service has been absolutely great. Loved it, helpful.

I like being at Rowanbrook. All the staff are lovely and look after me very well. The home's very clean and there is always something to do

Although dad's residency was only 2 months before his passing, I can only speak highly of the care he received at Rowanbrook. Care staff were always on hand and attended to dad's needs with great kindness and dignity. There is a range of ages too amongst staff and that is also refreshing to experience. The food was of a high standard and plentiful. Snacks available to those that requested in between meal times. Cleanliness was excellent. I never experienced a smell of any kind, which in other care facilities I have! The nursing staff were in the main excellent too. Raised concerns when needed, treated a nasty leg infection with great kindness and with patience and compassion when dad was clearly in most discomfort. Finally the manager and admin staff are exceptional here. Always available to speak with. They listen and act when required promptly. I had never experienced this before with other care homes. All in all I was more than happy with dad's care here. A real family approach from manager and every single member of staff.

This is a lovely home, they take care of my dad. Nothing is too much trouble, all the staff are wonderful, 10 out of 10. 100% all the time, can't say a bad word because it's all good.

All good- no complaints- management always ready to listen and help if needed.

My husband,has been calmer since he moved into Rowanbrook, he doesn't know what he has done to be in there, so i keep it from him, the carers really know how to look after all the residents, i was under the illusion i could have my husband home again, but i know it will never happen, i know he is looked after 24/7, i couldn't wish for him to be in a better place, i visit on a regular basis and am always made welcome.

I have no problem with the care. Really happy mum is happy. Mum has been in 2 different care homes and this is by far the best one.

This care home is excellent from the manager who is always friendly and always welcoming to family members. The care staff are very enthusiastic and supportive I would definitely recommend this home has five star and thank them all for the care my mom receives

Communication with family members is excellent-we're always kept informed and involved. I'm deeply grateful for the care and support my mother has received.

The overall care is excellent, the attention to detail by individual members of staff is outstanding. The care and empathy from the staff is also extended to the loved ones family.When you have to make the decision to put a loved one into care it's has too be one of the most difficult decision you will have to make therefore it's very important to feel confident that you have made the correct decision, I believe I have.

I would definitely recommend this care home for your LO.

My sister went into Rowanbrook Care Home in November. She has settled in really well and really loves it there. All the staff at Rowanbrook are friendly and very helpful, they keep our family updated with any concerns or changes that they might have. The lounge area is just the perfect size very homely and not too overwhelming perfect for sitting in small private groups. I would recommend this care home to anyone who is looking for residency as you will be looked after with high standards.

Reception Staff are always polite and professional. Management are proactive and efficient. I can tell that they maintain and expect the highest standards. This is reflected in staff attitude, delivery of care and the support given. Nurses are professional, knowledgeable, caring and are consistent in providing holistic person centred care. This is really important therefore I am reassured. Carers are compassionate and skillful. I can see that they are confident. I therefore commend you on the high standard of training and support they are exposed to.

The caterers provide the specialist diet and excellent meals that my sister needs which is excellent. The play coordinator has ensured my sister has stimulating and varied activities daily which she enjoys. The cleaning staff are dedicated and help to provide a pleasant, warm home which we appreciate. Thank you all for taking such good care of our sister.

The nurses were amazing with my grandad. They were very gentle, caring towards his care. I also found that the kitchen staff were extremely polite and had good manners. I would recommend this home to others because their efforts were outstanding.
