I brought my mother and step father to the care home on a Sunday and the admin staff that I had been dealing with on the phone made a special effort to be there on a day they didn't usually work. All the homes staff have been enthusiastic and welcoming.

The staff at Greenholme House are welcoming, friendly & outstanding in every way. The facilities are fantastic however its the staff that make all the difference. We celebrated an 85th & the private dining for 7 was excellent. I'm happy to whole heartedly recommend.

We had a fabulous birthday meal in the private dining room for my friend. The staff were very helpful in the organisation of the event, nothing was too much trouble. The menu was delicious and we had a fantastic afternoon. We must do it again!

This home has give my father a new lease of life. staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and all involved and most of all they work to every residence individual needs. My dad was originally on respite bite for couple of months now he's there permanently as he loves it and always talks highly

I spent 4 weeks at Greenholme House following 'new knee' surgery. Every member of the staff team helped me to recover, providing for my needs - physically and emotionally, encouraging me to eat, to move around as I became stronger and more confident. The staff are well trained. There is a happy atmosphere
and the friendly, warm and caring attitude means I am grateful to have enjoyed my stay in this 'sanctuary space'.

visited my grandad who is currently on respite. home is beautiful, staff and managers were really helpful and supportive. cant rate highly enough. he was having dinner when I was there, food looked really appetising and grandad said he was really happy.

We moved our mum in for respite care and she is now a permanent resident. The care home is beautifully furnished, the food in the restaurant is outstanding and it's a lovely place for us to sit and enjoy lunch with Mum and the other residents. All the team here provide outstanding care to Mum. The activities
are great fun and we are all looking forward to the Mother's Day flower arranging class and the afternoon tea. If you are making the diffficult decision of putting a loved one into care we can't recommend Greenholme enough.

My husband has thoroughly enjoyed his month long stay at Greenholme. He and I feel it has done him a lot of good. Beautiful surroundings, caring and expert staff, great activities, delicious food and so, so important, a manager who makes herself available to answer any questions and to join in the happy
atmosphere that she and her like-minded staff create daily. We think this beautiful care home will be seeing my husband as often as we can afford. Thank you to all concerned.

I am passionate about ensuring that the residents are at the centre of operations within their homes, and I advocate for outstanding care.
