The purpose-built home has 33 en suite bedrooms across three small units, each featuring shared kitchen/dining area, sensory bathrooms, lounge and quiet space. Communal facilities include an activities hub, therapy room, beauty salon, and a large accessible garden.

The nurse-led team delivers high-acuity integrated care, particularly for people with co-morbidities, or those who have experienced previous failed placements.

Care plans are co-produced and focused on what matters to each person - whether rebuilding daily routines, learning life skills, maintaining hobbies, or staying connected with family.

Designed from the ground up to support clinical needs in a community environment, Woodside Place brings enhanced complex care capacity to Telford, helping people live meaningful lives whist remaining close to loved ones.

Compared to previous care home Woodside Place is 100% better. Clean and comfortable, friendly, approachable,helpful staff. The home itself is modern, bright, clean and airy. Its the staff who make this home a great place to live for the residents going above and beyond and giving the residents a good
quality of life.

Hi, I’m Carly and I’m the Home Manager at Woodside Place in Telford.


Exemplar Health Care has a reputation for delivering first-class, person-centred care, which is achieved by truly focusing on those using the service. I wanted to get back to focusing on the individual and making a positive difference in their lives, this is something that Exemplar Health Care is known for.


I am thrilled to be able to develop what will no doubt be a strong and successful team at Woodside Place. However, I am most excited about sharing successes (big and small) with everyone who is a part of Woodside Place - we have an exciting journey ahead of us!
