Visitors are welcome to spend time with residents and are encouraged to maintain regular contact with their loved ones. Visiting hours are flexible, allowing friends and family to come at times that suit both the resident and the home’s routine.
To ensure the comfort and wellbeing of all residents, visitors may be asked to sign in on arrival and follow any safety or hygiene guidance in place. Large groups and young children are welcome, though it may be requested that visits take place in designated areas to maintain a calm environment for everyone.
Pets are often welcome by prior arrangement, as long as they are well-behaved and do not cause distress to residents.
If a resident is unwell or receiving end-of-life care, visiting arrangements can be adapted to allow family and close friends more time and privacy.
Visitors are encouraged to check with the home team in advance if there are any special requirements or if they wish to arrange a private space for their visit.
Parking
The care home provides on-site parking for visitors, with spaces located close to the main entrance for ease of access. Designated disabled bays are available for those who require them, ensuring safe and convenient access to the building.
During busy periods, spaces may be limited, so visitors are encouraged to allow extra time when arriving. Where overflow parking is provided, clear signage is in place to direct vehicles.
All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk, and visitors are asked to use the spaces considerately to ensure availability for others.

My Wife has Late Stage Alzeimers and was discharged from hospital to Marton Gate Manor bedbound they have provided exceptional care for that diagnosis but through there care they have been able to get my wife out of bed and sat in a chair which improves her quality of life thank you.

My Dad resided in Marton Gate Manor Care Home for the remaining four months of 2025. On moving in to the home, my Dad struggled to settle into his new surroundings and routine, however, with the support, understanding and respect of the staff he soon became part of their family which facilitated memorable, quality moments with him. Unfortunately, ailing health made it obvious my Dad had limited weeks remaining. The staff offered support, compassion and friendship to my Dad and so many members of his family, especially my husband and I.
I highly recommend this care provider, not only for the exceptional facilities but for their professional and personal standards of care delivered with true compassion, thought and caring.
