The attention to detail in preparing everything so that my Dad felt immediately welcome and 'at home' was extraordinarily thorough. Dad was so looking forward to moving there and we know he felt a deep sense of relief to be in such a peaceful, comfortable environment with such caring staff.
Dad's time there was very brief, but we felt that all got to know him and to love him. We were also so impressed with the care taken of us, the family, as well, thoughtfully anticipating our feelings, worries and needs
We can't praise Regency Manor and the staff enough. They will hold a special place in our hearts.
Thank you so much for your lovely review, its wonderful to hear your Dad felt so at home here with us at Regency, it was a pleasure getting to know you all, albeit briefly. We pride ourselves in providing the utmost care to not only our residents but their families too. We will ensure your thanks are passed on to all of the Regency Manor team.
Since my stepmother came here in December 2025, she has gone from not walking at all to walking to and from her room to the bistro. Also the Edema on her legs has reduced and she now has ankles. Everybody is amazing.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, it really has been a joy to see how your Stepmother has settled with us here and how much she has improved.
We have been searching for a suitable home for my 96 year old mother for some time, and saw this community being constructed last year. It is purpose built, and not just a converted large house. It's very well designed! The first and most important thing we noticed was the smiles and helpfulness of the staff. We highly recommend Regency Manor.
Thank you for this review, we value the feedback and our team are very proud of the community we have created. Mum has settled so well into Regency Manor and enjoys the company it has given her being around others.
From our very first email with Sarah before their doors opened, I have been beyond impressed with everyone at Regency Manor. Mum moved in in July 2025 and it was like moving into a 5-star hotel. She instantly felt safe and happy, and we were very happy with her room and all the facilities. Mum has dementia so there are good days and bad days but all the staff invest in getting to know Mum (and all the residents) and we know she is so well looked after every day. The staff have been so helpful in listening to mum's dietary needs/likes/dislikes and making sure she eats well, as well as including her in all the activities and even making sure there are flowers and plants in the garden outside her room. If Mum needs anything, we only have to ask and it gets done. And family and friends visiting are always given the warmest of welcomes. It gives me great comfort knowing mum is safe and well here.
Thank you for your feedback, we are pleased mum is happy, settled and receives the personalised care she deserves.
Words are not enough to describe the excellence of Regency Manor Care Home, Hunstanton. I couldn't wish for better care home for my sister. Its always a happy place, clean, fresh, warm and inviting. The staff always have time to give you a rundown of your loved one. The food is second to none and its nice that familys can join in activities with the residents, keeping a smile on there face. I would not want my sister anywhere else
Thank you for this lovely feedback and positivity, it means alot to the team. Our families are as much a part of the home as the residents are. We all enjoy your company and contribution to the home.
A lovely Christmas was offered to residents and visitors. We had a lovely party 27th December, nothing too much trouble. Great singer dressed appropriately. This facility for Hunstanton was much needed. Elsie has been here 6 months now and I cannot find fault with anything, if I ask it is done.
We are glad you shared a wonderful Christmas with your loved one. We all enjoyed the festive period too. Regency Manor has a lovely family of residents and we are glad you still feel happy with the choice of moving her here.
Once he had settled in, Dad enjoyed his stay very much. The staff were not only friendly and helpful, but went above and beyond to ensure he was safe and happy.
A heartfelt thank you from me.
Thank you for your review, its great to hear your Dad enjoyed his respite stay with us, it was lovely getting to know him during the time he was at Regency Manor. I will pass on your thanks to all of the team & he would be more than welcome to come and stay with us again.
From the very first viewing, through all the subsequent processes associated with moving my mother to the scheme - and indeed the move itself - the level of professionalism, care and support which has been provided is first class.
Whilst the building and facilities at Regency Manor are superb, it is the attitude and attention to detail of the staff which really make this scheme stand out.
The decision to move my mother into residential care has been a difficult one, but the level of care and support provided to her (and us as her wider family) by everyone at Regency Manor has been exemplary.
Thank you for choosing to move your Mother in with us at Regency Manor. It is fantastic to hear you have had a great experience with the team from your initial enquiry right through to moving in day. We understand it can be such a difficult decision to make and we aim to make the whole process as...
The care is of a high standard. The residents are treated with respect and their wishes and views are always listened too,
Thank you for your lovely review, it is a pleasure to have your Great-Aunt living with us at Regency Manor. We will pass on your thanks to all of the departments within the home. Wishing you a Happy New Year!
By contrast, the Family Party a couple of days later was busy and full of people. Everyone was encouraged to be involved and it was amazing how the youngest toddlers to residents in their nineties and beyond could share the time and space with such enjoyment. Mum and I danced the Hokey Cokey from her wheelchair!
Finally, I can't praise all the staff enough. Throughout the festivities, staff got on with the regular needs of beds and curtains and coffee and food with a smile, ensuring everyone was loved and cared for.
Well done and huge thanks to all.
We are delighted to hear you & your Mum enjoyed Christmas with us here at Regency Manor. It was wonderful to see all of our residents &their families enjoying the festive period, lots of fun was had by all. Thank you for the lovely review, we will share this with the rest of the team. Regency Manor is a new purpose-built care home with facilities required for the 21st century.
This is absolutely fantastic to hear! We are so glad your Sister chose to become a permanent resident of our Regency Manor community and that she feels safe & supported here with us in our beautiful home. It is a joy to have your Sister as a resident here and she makes us all smile daily. Thank you for your kind review.
The staff go above and beyond in every way and I have complete confidence that it is the best place for my relative.
I cannot recommend it highly enough, I know some family members were concerned about moving our relative into a care facility however we are now all so happy with the decision we made.
Thank you for the lovely feedback and we are so glad to hear you are happy with the care we are providing at Regency Manor. We understand it can be a hard decision to make & its great to see how your loved ones have settled here with us. It is a pleasure to have them living here at Regency Manor.
Regency Manor Care Home staff and facilities are excellent. My father has lived alone for fifteen years and I worried how he would cope with a care home. I needn't have worried it is gratifying to see him smiling and laughing again. I would not hesitate to recommend this clean and modern care home.
Thank you so much for this review, we are glad you are happy with Regency Manor. We enjoy seeing Dad smile and laugh too, it makes our day.
I am satisfied with the care my cousin is getting here. He is very happy and satisfied. So he will be staying.
It is lovely to hear your cousin has enjoyed his respite stay & has chosen to become a permanent resident at Regency Manor. Thank you for the review.
Lovely facilities. The staff is very friendly. New building and rooms, so no one has stayed in them before.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are glad you enjoy coming to visit your Nan in our beautiful home.
Lovely environment where my mother received the best care possible for the short time she spent at Regency Manor, Hunstanton. The staff were warm, caring and empathetic throughout, making her feel truly valued and cared for. Myself and my family are extremely grateful and have our deepest thanks for all their care and support.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to care for your Mum. It was wonderful to have her here with us and get to know her and her family. We really appreciate your kind review, Many Thanks.
My husband moved to Regency Manor in July. This is his new home. The actual ambience of the care home is beautiful, but what makes his life happy and comfortable is the care home staff. They have to help him with all his day-to-day activities, including hygiene, and they treat him with the utmost respect and genuinely love him. It was a devastating decision to put my husband into care, but the care he receives warms my heart. Thank you.
We've welcomed your Husband with open arms and thoroughly enjoy his character; he makes us all laugh with his cheekiness. We know this was a hard decision for you, but we are so glad you chose Regency Manor. We will pass your thanks on to our wonderful team.
From our very first visit to this care home we knew it was the correct place for my mother, and then for my father too. It's an extremely well designed building with stunning interior design, lovely calm colours and attractive furniture. The corridors aren't like corridors - they are very wide, with lovely deep carpet and although the hand rails are there it looks like a top class hotel and not a residential home. The rooms are large and incredibly comfortable and attractive. But its the staff who make it the wonderful place that it is. We didn't meet anyone who wasn't caring, professional and kind. Every single one of them must have been hand picked for the standard of their care and personality. The events organiser was so lovely with my mother and we will never forget the way that she was treated, this also applied when my father moved there. An excellent place to live which exceeded all our expectations. Thank you all.
It has been a pleasure to look after both your Mum & Dad here at Regency Manor. We are so glad you entrusted us to look after both of your parents. We feel extremely privileged to work in a bespoke, purpose built environment, but as you quite rightly say it is the staff that make it a home.Thank you for your kind words, we will share this with the team.
My mother suffers from dementia and her behaviour can be challenging at times, however the staff all take this in their stride and ensure she is comfortable and safe whilst treating her with respect, preserving her dignity. Every member of staff I have encountered thus far has been supportive and caring towards her. One thing that had deteriorated at her previous care home was her personal hygiene, however this is not the case now. The staff assist her in getting up & dressed (when she allows!) so she is ready for the day ahead. The facilities are excellent as are the meals provided. Thank you...
Thank you for your recent review & taking the time to provide us with this feedback. We are so pleased you are finding the level of care Mum is receiving to be of the high standard we strive to achieve here at Regency Manor. Our team will continue to support & reassure Mum & yourselves while she is settling into her new home.Your thanks will be communicated to the team.
