My mother moved into Regency Manor in late November 2025, and I cannot speak more highly of the service provided both directly to her and our wider family by the Team at Regency Manor.
From the very first viewing, through all the subsequent processes associated with moving my mother to the scheme -
and indeed the move itself - the level of professionalism, care and support which has been provided is first class.
Whilst the building and facilities at Regency Manor are superb, it is the attitude and attention to detail of the staff which really make this scheme stand out.
The decision to move my mother into residential care has been a difficult one, but the level of care and support provided to her (and us as her wider family) by everyone at Regency Manor has been exemplary.
Reply from Sarah Favell, Front of House Manager at Regency Manor Care HomeThank you for choosing to move your Mother in with us at Regency Manor. It is fantastic to hear you have had a great experience with the team from your initial enquiry right through to moving in day. We understand it can be such a difficult decision to make and we aim to make the whole process as smooth as possible for you all. It has been lovely getting to know your Mother & the whole family and we will always strive to support you all as much as we can. Many thanks for your kind words.

The festivities over Christmas at Regency Manor created the best experience for all the residents. It was the first year Mum wouldn't be able to stay with us but I needn't have worried - the staff made Christmas Day a really cosy family occasion. Christmas lunch had enough choice to please everyone
and crackers and hats helped the fun. Mum was given carefully chosen presents in a lovely bag, matched to her artistic interests and talents.
By contrast, the Family Party a couple of days later was busy and full of people. Everyone was encouraged to be involved and it was amazing how the youngest toddlers to residents in their nineties and beyond could share the time and space with such enjoyment. Mum and I danced the Hokey Cokey from her wheelchair!
Finally, I can't praise all the staff enough. Throughout the festivities, staff got on with the regular needs of beds and curtains and coffee and food with a smile, ensuring everyone was loved and cared for.
Well done and huge thanks to all.

My father movrd to Rosewood Manor in 2023 July. Unfortunately he passed away recently. During his time at Rosewood he was cared for and made many new friends whilst living there.
I wanted to write something to reassurre those that are looking for residential care for themselves or a loved one.

Im sure

no home would consider themselves perfect, but are experience with Rosewood was a near that as possible.

My dad considered it home and we considered it my Dads home.

Thankyou Rosewood, wonderful.

I knew this was a special place when I first came to enquire about rooms for my parents, both in their mid 90s. They were fiercely independent but now ready to be looked after if I "could find them somewhere special please". Soon they settled in and were saying this is amazingly good, well done. I felt
safe and very welcomed too. It is a super, well designed place but it's the staff and residents who really make it a big family home. When the saddest of all losses happened recently , that family atmosphere hugs the loved ones left ever closer. I have been helped to deal with all the things next of kin needs to deal with in the midst of shock and grief . Liaison between those agencies and Rosewood is exemplary. Aftercare for my surviving parent is more than I could wish for. Thank you all from me and my family. I thoroughly recommend Rosewood Manor .
Reply from Amanda Withers, Front of House Manager at Rosewood ManorThank you so much for your comments. Rosewood Manor have been looking after my 87 year-old Mum for a year now, and I have never, in my life, seen her so happy, carefree and full of life. She has gone from a deeply unhappy lady desperately trying to live in and maintain a house on her own, to a version of my Mum that I don't recall seeing
since I was a child - constantly laughing, smiling, singing, joking and hugging everyone. This is all down to the hard work, care and genuine love shown by the wonderful staff at Rosewood Manor. After 10 years of stress and sadness after my Mum was widowed, you have given her her life back, and brought peace to her family and friends. You guys rock, and we cannot thank you enough for everything you do for our beloved Mum.

My sister visited Regency Manor initially for respite care. After only one week she decided that this home was for her. Asked why after such a short period she had made this decision she said she "felt safe". Now resident she doesn't hanker for home, is delighted with her accommodation, the professionalism
of the staff and the care she is receiving.
Regency Manor is a new purpose-built care home with facilities required for the 21st century.

She was very well cared for by the wonderful staff who developed a bond of love with both her and all her family.
