Absolutely Outstanding Care Home. I cannot praise this care home and its wonderful staff highly enough. The level of care, kindness and compassion they show my mum is truly exceptional. They genuinely go above and beyond to make sure she is happy, comfortable and well cared for. There is always so much thought put into making life enjoyable, with a fantastic range of activities, entertainment and things for the residents to get involved in. It is lovely to see how much effort the staff put into creating a warm, happy and stimulating environment. What really stands out is how personal the care is. The staff know my mum, know me and always make us feel welcome. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble and I have complete confidence that Mum is treated with genuine care and respect. Knowing that someone you love is being looked after is priceless and the team here give us that reassurance every day. An absolutely amazing care home with an incredible team.

I've been here for 3 years and it has been most enjoyable, lots of training for the staff, keeping them in top form, well done.

My sister Josephine , has now been a resident for a month , I can honestly say , I can't belive how well she looks 10 years younger now she is getting proper care , eating properly very clean now , and much happier no we're near has angry has she was when I had to look after her , I am so suprized how well she has settled in and how much happier she is , which gives the family pease of mind.

A truly amazing home!

Coming here was the best thing we did, I came for a month and I'm still here a year later.

She liked it so much she is going back for 2 weeks in August.

Ashmore Grange is a homely, calm environment for residents to feel relaxed and cared for. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and have helped mum settle quickly. They are attentive to mum and understanding in every way. Food, accommodation and activities have been first class and our family appreciate the excellent care my mum receives.

The Home always strives to perform well even though there are times when a shortage of staff makes Problems.

Ashmore Grange is a home from home. The staff are amazing, they are caring and respectful. Nothing is too much trouble. They go above and beyond. We are really pleased our Mum has settled in here. Thank you staff at Ashmore Grange.

Very nice modern care home. It would be difficult to find a nicer one in this area. Varying events are arranged for residents on a regular basis. All the staff are very nice and privde a good service, and seem well trained in customer care. The only negative, is that they appear to be short staffed at times, but I feel this will be put right in the near future.

My dad is very settled. He's been here just over 12 months now. Couldn't fault the home, the care he receives etc. He has a much better quality of life compared to being at home. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Help with any queries we have and nothing (within reason) is too much trouble.

They've gone above and beyond to make sure my nan still enjoys church and singing. We're so grateful.

I moved my mother to Trinity Court Care Home in Burton in February 2026 so she could be nearer to me. I have been impressed with the care provided by the dedicated staff. The facilities are excellent and her room is first class. The staff have encouraged my mother to take part in daily activities which helps her condition. I am extremely happy with her level of care.

Granville Gardens is a fantastic care home. The Staff from front of house to housekeeping etc are extremely caring and understanding to my dad needs also to the family when visiting. My dad feels at home in his lovely room. Kitchen staff are brilliant in catering for my dad's teatime requests. Housekeeping are wonderful in keeping dad's room looking clean and tidy. Nothing is to much trouble for any of the staff. Keep up the good work

Always welcoming and both my mother and visitors feel at home. Mom has a nice room and is well looked after with regular events and activities. The building is new so it is designed to cater for the needs of residents.
