My mum has settled well since her admission in January. She enjoys the variety of activities and has benefited from the social interaction and stimulation.
The staff are always respectful, caring and considerate to the needs of the residents and standard of care is high.
The home communicate and
inform us of anything regarding my mums health and welfare and it has provided reassurance that her needs are continually reviewed and met. A home which provides person centred care.
As a family we have peace of mind knowing our mum is safe and so well looked after.
She is happy and so are we and would definitely recommend this home .

Exceptional level of care for my mother, from front of house reception to the careing, friendly, professional staff and management, my brother and I couldn't have wished for a more settled place for my mother. From the first moment we walked into Regency Manor it was clear that it's an exemplary place with devoted, compassionate and professional staff at all levels.
The attention to detail in preparing everything so that my Dad felt immediately welcome and 'at home' was extraordinarily thorough. Dad was so
looking forward to moving there and we know he felt a deep sense of relief to be in such a peaceful, comfortable environment with such caring staff.
Dad's time there was very brief, but we felt that all got to know him and to love him. We were also so impressed with the care taken of us, the family, as well, thoughtfully anticipating our feelings, worries and needs
We can't praise Regency Manor and the staff enough. They will hold a special place in our hearts.
Reply from Sarah Favell, Front of House Manager at Regency Manor Care HomeThank you so much for your lovely review, its wonderful to hear your Dad felt so at home here with us at Regency, it was a pleasure getting to know you all, albeit briefly. Mum moved into Ashmore Grange in December 2025, as she was in need in full time care.
Mentally Mum is good, she had become frailer and required more physical support and was no langer able to look after herself.
The staff have been excellent in caring for her and helping her to integrate into this
new way of living, which is more challenging for someone who is in a good mental state.
Our experience with all the team is they are very kind and supportive. Mum is always treated with dignity and grace.
It is safe to say that Ashmore Grange is a really beautiful home, offering great facilities and activities and is always very clean, presenting well.

After an extended period in hospital it sadly became obvious mum would not be able to return home to independent living and would need residential care. After visiting a few places it was a no brainer that Goldwell was the only place mum could be. It is quite simply brilliant. Clean, roomy, great staff,
everyone friendly, loads of activities. We honestly cannot praise the place enough. Obviously we would rather mum not be here, but given the circumstances there is nowhere we would rather mum be.

Dad has Parkinson's and unable to walk. He was struggling at home and the decision to move into residential care was made in April this year. Trinity care home is like a luxury hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean and have amazing views over the river. Dad needs lots of brain stimulation and
the activities that are run by Elaine are so good. There's so much going on everyday and she goes above and beyond with the activities. She listens to the residents abc will adapt to their needs. The care team are amazing too. They really go above and beyond to make sure the residents are looked after well and comfortable. It's really like an extended family for dad. He's had no regrets moving in there and it's just total piece of mind that's he's being so well looked after.
Reply from Amanda Jelbert, General manager at Trinity Court Care HomeThank you so much for your lovely feedback and for sharing your family's experience with us.
We are delighted that your dad has settled in so well and feels part of the Trinity Court family.
Elaine and the activities team work incredibly hard to ensure residents are engaged, stimulated and supported in ways that are meaningful to them personally, so your kind comments will mean so much to her. Your praise for our care team is also greatly appreciated, and we are proud to know that their compassion and dedication have made such a positive difference.

From the day we toured the home, we knew it was absolutely the right place for my Dad. The culture of the home is very much focused on what residents can and want to do. Having fun and laughter in the process. From the staff on reception, to care staff and even the maintenance man, I am so grateful
