Absolutely Outstanding Care Home. I cannot praise this care home and its wonderful staff highly enough. The level of care, kindness and compassion they show my mum is truly exceptional. They genuinely go above and beyond to make sure she is happy, comfortable and well cared for. There is always so much thought put into making life enjoyable, with a fantastic range of activities, entertainment and things for the residents to get involved in. It is lovely to see how much effort the staff put into creating a warm, happy and stimulating environment. What really stands out is how personal the care is. The staff know my mum, know me and always make us feel welcome. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble and I have complete confidence that Mum is treated with genuine care and respect. Knowing that someone you love is being looked after is priceless and the team here give us that reassurance every day. An absolutely amazing care home with an incredible team.

My sister has been at Kingsway View for 3 months now and I cannot fault the care she receives. Nothing is too much trouble for any member of staff, she is well looked after and is happy there. Activities and entertainment are excellent and we as a family are always made to feel very welcome.

Mum has been at Kingsway View for 3 months and the care she has received has been excellent. The care staff and very supportive for mum and family. We are always made to feel very welcome when visiting mum. The entertainment provided is excellent and very enjoyable for residents and families.

My dad was starting to struggle at home with looking after himself, we discussed carers & residence homes; however, he was very reluctant. We heard about Kindway View from a friend and made an appointment, It is a very nice nursing establishment with very friendly staff, a lovely room, and lots to do. All the staff at Kingsway View are very helpful and friendly. The care home is like a five star hotel and there is always some activity going on. Since my dad moved in last year, he looks 10 years younger and full of enthusiasm.
