Always a warm and friendly greeting from everyone. Mum is happy and well cared for. She seems to be thriving there. The staff are caring and efficient.

My mother has been at Kingsway View since Feb 2025. her care has been wonderful, she said she was content and happy there. The staff are friendly and caring. They go above and beyond in making my mum comfortable. My only drawback is sending a patient with DEMENTIA to A&E without someone to answer all the questions the staff there need to know. All the care homes need to improve this area of patient care.

We are delighted with the care my mum receives from the staff at Kingsway View. The home is lovely, very clean and modern, and there is always plenty for the residents to do if they want to get involved. But the main plus for me is the dignity and respect that the staff show to the residents. I know the care sector as a whole is struggling to find good people, but without exception the staff at Kingsway View are all pleasant in what can often be very demanding circumstances.

I cannot speak highly enough of Kingsway View, where my mum spent the last 6 months of her life struggling with advanced dementia. She was always treated kindly, with dignity, and her individual needs were taken into account. The staff are incredible in the way they all care for residents and remain cheerful and positive. I wish I had found Kingway View sooner, and I would highly recommend it.

Extremely caring staff, with positive interactions with all residents. As a family member who doesn't live locally, I am fully informed of all circumstances ongoing and have built up excellent relationships with reception who keeps my fully informed, carers, seniors & management alike. Nothing is too much trouble. My aunt is treated with dignity and is a "family member" to all staff, which is incredibly comforting. I cannot thank you enough.

My dad was starting to struggle at home with looking after himself, we discussed carers & residence homes; however, he was very reluctant. We heard about Kindway View from a friend and made an appointment, It is a very nice nursing establishment with very friendly staff, a lovely room, and lots to do. My dad at first was uneasy about the change to his lifestyle however, he has settled in and is very well looked after. We can now relax, knowing he is in excellent hands.

My mum has been resident at Kingsway View since July 2024. I cannot express how professional, caring, thoughtful and kind the staff are. They helped Mum settle and she now enjoys her life there very much taking part in activities and socialising with other residents. Living on her own for the past few years she is now enjoying having social interaction and company once more. She is always telling me how much she likes it and the activities she has been involved with, she is like a different person - back to her old self. Thank you.

All the staff at Kingsway View are very helpful and friendly. The care home is like a five star hotel and there is always some activity going on. Since my dad moved in last year, he looks 10 years younger and full of enthusiasm.

Kingsway View is bright welcoming and immense everyone into the environment easily. The staff are very accommodating and approachable, catering to a wide eclectic mix of needs. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and I always look forward to visiting my mum. My mum's care and welfare is in excellent hands. Making the difficult decision to put Mum into care so much more bearable. Knowing Mum is here brings joy to my heart, it's like the family around the corner. Thanks to all the staff and management for everything you do for our family.

My sister came to live at Kingsway View following a very tragic and traumatic period of her life. She was in a confused and poor state of health. After 3 months of care from the wonderful staff, she is more content and eating well. She has gained weight and is much happier.

Polite and helpful staff. My husband's social skills have improved since moving here. He appears happy and well cared for. The rooms are clean and smell fresh. In reception, I am greeted and welcomed in a friendly manner. Overall, I would say Kingsway View is exceedingly good.

Excellent care. The staff are totally amazing and we can't thank them enough for giving Dad the best care in the last few months of his life. They have always been so helpful and caring. A beautiful care home with amazing, caring and friendly staff.

Overall experience is excellent, The care staff are the high calibre, leaving nothing to chance, trying hard with food and drink, improving as days go by, and trying to do the right thing for all. Management and staff are of a very high standard, cleaning is second to none along with the quality laundry. very pleased to be part of the family.

My dad has been at Kingsway View now for a few months after moving to the area. He was in a care home before where he was quite unhappy. However, when he moved here he was much happier and commented on how different it was, for the better. The staff are all so caring and welcoming and Dad tells me how they can't do enough for you. They encouraged Dad to make friends straightaway with other residents which really helped with his well-being. The rooms are lovely and the whole building is immaculate! The food is good quality and Dad is always full! There is also a choice of food for each meal and snacks available throughout the day. There are quite a few activities going on, including afternoon tea for friends and family which I must go to soon! This really is an excellent care home and one that I have no hesitation in recommending.

Kingsway View is an outstanding care home, the care is superb and the facilities are great. The Christmas winter wonderland was out of this world my mum enjoys the food and the varied activities. Her room is spacious and clean.

If the food was reliable, it's variable between basic eg baked potatoes/fish fingers to a massive roast dinner. The decor and ambience is excellent, equal to a five-star hotel. They need more staff, waiting time can be too long.

My wife went to Kingsway View for two weeks of respite care. During her stay, she was extremely happy with all aspects fo the care home. My wife had several visitors during her stay and they all commented on how welcoming and friendly the staff were.

My dear friend was here for respite from August to October. The team re-enabled him to return home. Their care and dedication to him were outstanding. The activities were catered for everyone, and the cleanliness, food, care and ambience were that of a five-star rating hotel. I would recommend Kingsway View to anyone looking for a care home. Thank you.

My mum became a resident in March and the improvement in her happiness and wellbeing, all down to the magnificent care she has received, is unbelievable. I have been able to become her daughter again and not her carer. A huge thank you to the compassion and care shown by all staff.
