The food is good quality and Dad is always full! There is also a choice of food for each meal and snacks available throughout the day. There are quite a few activities going on, including afternoon tea for friends and family which I must go to soon! This really is an excellent care home and one that I have no hesitation in recommending.

If the food was reliable, it's variable between basic eg baked potatoes/fish fingers to a massive roast dinner. The decor and ambience is excellent, equal to a five-star hotel. They need more staff, waiting time can be too long.

My mum became a resident in March and the improvement in her happiness and wellbeing, all down to the magnificent care she has received, is unbelievable. I have been able to become her daughter again and not her carer. A huge thank you to the compassion and care shown by all staff.

This is my 5th visit to see my cousin-in-law and I am so impressed with everything, the home itself and the really pleasant and helpful staff. She says everyone is so kind to her. The staff really gave her a wonderful 93rd birthday party last week, a lovely day to remember for her.

Claire supports families and individuals from their initial enquiry all the way through to their admission into the home. Claire will be your first point of contact at Kingsway View and can provide guidance and advice.
