Ashmore Grange is a homely, calm environment for residents to feel relaxed and cared for. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and have helped mum settle quickly. They are attentive to mum and understanding in every way. Food, accommodation and activities have been first class and our family appreciate the excellent care my mum receives.

Ashmore Grange is a home from home. The staff are amazing, they are caring and respectful. Nothing is too much trouble. They go above and beyond. We are really pleased our Mum has settled in here. Thank you staff at Ashmore Grange.

Overall Experience

Very nice modern care home. It would be difficult to find a nicer one in this area. Varying events are arranged for residents on a regular basis. All the staff are very nice and privde a good service, and seem well trained in customer care. The only negative, is that they appear to be short staffed at times, but I feel this will be put right in the near future.

My dad is very settled. He's been here just over 12 months now. Couldn't fault the home, the care he receives etc. He has a much better quality of life compared to being at home. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Help with any queries we have and nothing (within reason) is too much trouble.

Granville Gardens is a fantastic care home. The Staff from front of house to housekeeping etc are extremely caring and understanding to my dad needs also to the family when visiting. My dad feels at home in his lovely room. Kitchen staff are brilliant in catering for my dad's teatime requests. Housekeeping are wonderful in keeping dad's room looking clean and tidy. Nothing is to much trouble for any of the staff. Keep up the good work

My mum has settled well since her admission in January. She enjoys the variety of activities and has benefited from the social interaction and stimulation.
The staff are always respectful, caring and considerate to the needs of the residents and standard of care is high.
The home communicate and inform us of anything regarding my mums health and welfare and it has provided reassurance that her needs are continually reviewed and met. A home which provides person centred care.
As a family we have peace of mind knowing our mum is safe and so well looked after.

She is happy and so are we and would definitely recommend this home .

Exceptional level of care for my mother, from front of house reception to the careing, friendly, professional staff and management, my brother and I couldn't have wished for a more settled place for my mother. The food is also of a very high standard and the staff work hard to keep the residents entertained!
We've also been impressed with the level of cleanliness and high standard of accommodation.

Every member of staff has been truly exceptional! Definitely a deserving 5 gold stars!

Mum was here on respite. Staff were lovely, lots of great activities to do daily (mum wasn't so keen to join in initially)

My sister and I were happy that they looked after her so well. It was us who struggled to let go.

Very pleased with all aspects of the care home for my mum. The accommodation, the food, activities are all first class. My mum has made new friends, gets on well with all the staff, it's like a 5 star hotel.

Mum moved into Ashmore Grange in December 2025, as she was in need in full time care.
Mentally Mum is good, she had become frailer and required more physical support and was no langer able to look after herself.
The staff have been excellent in caring for her and helping her to integrate into this new way of living, which is more challenging for someone who is in a good mental state.
Our experience with all the team is they are very kind and supportive. Mum is always treated with dignity and grace.

It is safe to say that Ashmore Grange is a really beautiful home, offering great facilities and activities and is always very clean, presenting well.

An elderly friend moved into Ashmore Grange Care Home in February 2026
She is delighted with the Care she receives. The carers are the best ever! Nothing is too much trouble .
The place itself looks like a luxury hotel, brand new and sparkling. The overall decor is classy. Her room is very large with a lovely ensuite wet room

I doubt you would find a better Care Home anywhere.

From the day we toured the home, we knew it was absolutely the right place for my Dad. The culture of the home is very much focused on what residents can and want to do. Having fun and laughter in the process. From the staff on reception, to care staff and even the maintenance man, I am so grateful of their care and love towards my dad. They are ALL superstars!

My dad can be difficult, but they have helped us to understand how to navigate this and how to react to help my dad manage his confusion.

I very rarely write reviews however I was compelled to do so in praise of this care home. From the staff on reception to the management and the catering staff, everyone takes pride in making sure my father gets the very best possible care. It's the hardest decision in the world to put a parent in care and it was very upsetting, however I know he will always be cared for to the highest standard at Kingsfield Court. From the activities to the food (although he doesn't like custard!) to the staff members, I can leave after visiting him with a happy heart, knowing he is in caring, friendly and safe hands. Thanks to all the staff there - keep up the excellent work.

Mum was moved to end of life and the cost of continuing care in her own home became impossible. Kingsfield Court was the perfect homely solution. Everyone from the first contact to the last was kind, considerate and compassionate. It was the only care home I have entered that smelt completely clean- no lingering smell of ammonia or overpowering air fresheners that I had experienced elsewhere. After assessment the team got mum in really quickly. We were given a choice, and found mum the perfect room with calming green coloured walls and a tree that was full of bird life outside her window. She was able to bring in furniture and pictures and things to make it homely. She settled right in and even got involved in the activities. The carers clearly all genuinely get on with each other and know every resident so well. The care was exceptional. We were with mum when she passed and the staff were lovely. If she had wanted to move earlier she could have enjoyed it when she was well enough.

My Dad moved into Rosewood Manor in July 2023. He was very happy there. He always spoke fondly of all the staff that cared for him. It was very clear to me when I visited that they were just as fond of him. Sadly he passed away just before Christmas 2025, I had the good fortune of being with my Dad during his final hours and the staff were so supportive towards me, they found me somewhere to rest my head and checked in on me around the clock. The team were amazing, caring, nothing was too much trouble and my Dad loved it there. There was always lots of entertainment going on (we enjoyed this together) something to suit everyone. A complete holistic approach. Thank you for all that you did for my Dad, you all do a fantastic job.

Mum moved to Ashmore Grange in December 2025 as her physical and mental health have deteriorated due to her Alzheimer's, which is a cruel disease. Mum has been challenging, but all the staff have been kind, supportive and caring to mum, and she's being treated with dignity and respect.
The care home is warm, clean, and feels like a hotel. The rooms are lovely, spacious and well furnished. The staff go above and beyond, caring for mum and contact the GP and healthcare professionals regularly to keep on top of mum's changing health needs, due to her dementia.

Ashmore Grange is an excellent care home with compassionate staff, which I would definitely recommend.
