Coronation Court supports adults living with complex mental health needs, neuro-disabilities and physical disabilities.
It’s part of Exemplar Health Care, one of the country’s leading nursing care providers.
The home provides complex nursing care from a team of trained Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants.
It has also has an in-house Therapy Team.
Residents also have the support of Exemplar Health Care clinical experts, including Behaviour Support Practitioners, a Speech and Language Therapist and a Consultant Psychiatrist in times of crisis.
Coronation Court isn’t your typical residential care home or supported living service.
It supports people who are considered to have needs that are ‘too complex’ for mainstream care providers.
For example, residents often have a number of secondary diagnoses and complexities including behaviours of concern, tracheostomies, ventilators and PEG feeding tubes.
Coronation Court has 33 large bedrooms, each with an en-suite, across three 11-bed communities. This provides a homely and supportive environment that’s more responsive to people’s needs.
Residents can personalise their bedroom if they wish.
The home also has communal dining and living spaces, as well as an activities hub, sensory bathroom and large accessible garden.
At Coronation Court, daily life is all about choice. Activities are personalised to people’s interests, hobbies and goals.
They focus on encouraging people to continue to do the things they enjoy, and enabling them to learn, volunteer and find new hobbies too if they wish.

My dad has been welcomed with open arms since day one, and has been such a relief to our family that he is getting the care and support he needed. Nothing is too much hassle any member of staff will go above and beyond to facilitate any needs or preferences. To us it feels like Dad is at home away from
home and treated like a part of the family. More than care, we feel loved.

I am so impressed with the staff for how they look afer my husband. I feel so at ease when leaving him behind this used to affect me so bad but in there careful hands I thank them with all my heart.
