My mum came into Wyrley Rose as a permanent resident in October 2025 after a stay in hospital. Her room was lovely and spacious and the communal dining room and lounge were like a 5 star hotel. Staff always very caring and helpful and the entertainment schedule was wonderful - exercise classes, films,
singers and plays to name a few. My mum got to know some of the other residents and enjoyed some of the other residents and enjoyed time with them. When mum passed away quietly just before Xmas all of the staff were lovely, she was in the best place possible in the circumstances.

As a family we decided to move mom permanently to Wyrley Rose it was the best decision we made even though it was hard which was November 2025
Our first experience was when my sister & I were greeted by the lovely Michelle on reception who gave us a guided tour of the facilities.
It really is 5 Star
hotel standard and more.
The bedrooms, Lounges, Dining rooms etc are of a very high standard
Our mom is very happy which is the main thing and that is because of the lovely caring friendly staff who do genuinely care
As a family we cannot thank you all enough for caring for our mom

I just wanted to say how impressed I have been with this home. You couldn't fail to be bowled over by how utterly beautiful it is but what was more important to me and my family was having the peace of mind that the residents would be cared for and treated with dignity and respect.
The level of professionalism
shown by everyone we have met within the home so far has far surpassed our expectations. To the warm, homely greeting we receive upon arrival, to the carers and nurses providing such wonderful and dedicated care to everyone and to the staff regularly checking that we are all happy, not just the residents. It gives us such confidence to know that this is somewhere we know they are all getting the very best level of care.
The facilities which include a cinema, gym and cafe are such luxurious but wonderful additions.
The home is immaculately spotless and this is a testament to the housekeeping team who must work so incredibly hard. Thank you to everyone.

It took us a while to come to the decision Nan needed to be put into a care home due to worry and feeling guilty but once we saw how beautiful, up to date & clean Wyrley Rose was it took those bad feelings away! Every member of staff I have met are absolutley lovely and helpful. The room, the meals
and even the activites they do are all amazing! Its given my Nan a new lease of life and she has settled so well thanks to Wyrley Rose & all the staff. Couldnt recommend this care home enough.

It is such a hard decision to make to move a parent from their home of 46 years into a care home. Mom's only been at Wyrley Rose for a few weeks but already I see a difference for the good in mom. Care at home was no longer working with mom having Alzheimer's, dementia and immobility. After just a few
weeks she is now settled which has made my sister and myself know we have made the right decision. Wyrley Rose is a beautiful warm welcoming home always immaculate so clean. The whole team are a credit to the home. I find them all so friendly welcoming helpful nothing is too much trouble and will always help with any concerns you may have. I would definitely recommend Wyrley Rose Care Home.

After being very reluctant, apprehensive and anxious when making the decision to put mom into a care home it soon became apparent after her moving into Wyrley Rose that my decision was the best decision I could have made.
The home is absolutely stunning, has beautiful quality furniture and furnishings,
plenty of engagement from all staff from care staff to medical, admin all across the board.
The nursing staff keep me up to date on any issues and deal with them immediately
I have nothing but praise for every employee and am impressed how everyone goes above and beyond
It has given our family huge relief knowing mom is receiving first class care 24/7 and we honestly couldn't have made a better choice, I would 100% recommend anybody who is thinking about placing a relative into care to seriously consider Wyrley Rose who would be more than accommodating in giving you a guided tour, answering any questions and giving you thorough guidance with transition should you make that decision

Mum moved into Wyrley Rose initially for respite/recovery following an operation and Michelle and Soni made the transition very smooth. The facilities and staff are excellent, everywhere is spotlessly clean and Mum loves it there. Her room wouldn't be out of place in a 5 star hotel and the meals are
superb. She immediately settled in and made new friends and didn't waste any time making a hair appointment at the salon on the ground floor! We know she's now safe, well cared for and living life to the full.

My mom has settled very well at Wyrley Rose and has met some lovely people who she enjoys chatting with. She has enjoyed a lot of the activities on offer and enjoys the choice of lovely meals.
Her room is beautiful and is always warm and welcoming, very homely.
Michelle and Soni helped ensure this
transition worked well for mom and for us as a family, at a very emotional time, for which I am very grateful. They are always available to answer any questions we may have.

I'm very happy with the facilities and the care home as a whole. It's always spotless, and there's a real sense of warmth as soon as you step through the doors. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. There's also always a wide range of meal choices, which my sister really
enjoys. They put on events for all kinds of occasions, keeping residents busy and giving them things to look forward to. Knowing she's in such a supportive and well-run environment gives me great peace of mind. Highly recommend.

Mom has settled in so well and made friends quickly which has surprised us. She originally came in for 4 weeks rehabilitation after breaking her hip and decided to stay as a permanent resident. The residents are kept busy with lots of activities and all of the staff are amazing, especially the carers
who work hard to ensure the residents are happy and well looked after.
