Wyrley Rose is a smart, brand new care home. We moved Mom there after a very unsatisfactory experience with two other care homes in Lichfield. Staff here are very friendly. There is a very smart cafe; and Mom's room is stylish and has a good view. An excellent start.
Reply from Soni Atwal, Senior Customer Relations Manager at Wyrley Rose Care HomeThank you for your lovely review. We're delighted to hear that your mom has had such a positive start at Wyrley Rose and that you've been pleased with the environment, the caf, and the views from her room. Most importantly, it's wonderful to know that our team has made you feel welcome and supported after your previous experiences.

Your kind words mean a great deal to our staff, who work hard to create a warm, friendly, and comfortable home for our residents and their families. We're so pleased your mom has settled in well, and we look forward to continuing to provide her with excellent care.

My parents moved into Sutton Rose in September 25. The move was made as easy as possible with every request supported without any moans or groans. When dad died in January the staffs support for my mum and the rest of the family was exemplary. Knowing mum is now amongst lots of new friends in a loving,
caring environment has taken away so much anxiety about her quality of life.

Providing compassionate care and a warm, supportive environment for both residents and their loved ones is at the heart of everything we do. It is wonderful to know your mum has settled well, formed new friendships and feels part of our caring community.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
Willow Rose made a potentially difficult move very easy. All the staff go above and beyond and see beyond the dementia to the man my dad was. They are quick to act when something is needed and pro active with his care. The room, facilities and care make this a homely place to live. Thank you
Reply from Elizabeth Bradley, Customer Service Executive at Willow Rose Care HomeThank you so much for your kind words. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Moving into care can be a difficult transition for families, so it means a great deal to hear that our team helped make the move easier for both you and your dad. At Willow Rose, we believe it's so important to see the person behind the condition, and we are delighted that this came across in the care and support our team provides every day.

Your comments about our staff, the home environment, and the proactive care are wonderful to hear, and we will be sure to share your feedback with the whole team.

Thank you again for all the excellent care & support I received at Abbey Rose, when I was there recently for 2 weeks of respite care following hip replacement surgery. I was very impressed. I would certainly be happy to recommend Abbey Rose.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My father moved into Perdiswell Rose, feeling very apprehensive about moving out of his home where he/d been living alone for several years. Within a very short space of time, he was feeling safe and extremely well cared for and quickly reassured us about how much he was enjoying living here. We couldnt
have made a better choice for him.
Reply from Abi Hargreaves, Customer Relationship Manager at Perdiswell Rose Care HomeThank you so much for sharing your experience. We understand how difficult and emotional the transition into care can be, especially after living independently for many years, so it means a great deal to hear that your father settled in so quickly.

It's wonderful to know that he now feels safe, well cared for, and is enjoying life at Perdiswell Rose. Our team works hard to create a warm, supportive environment where residents feel comfortable and truly at home, and your kind words are a lovely reflection of that.

We're also very pleased that you feel reassured in the choice you made for him. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback and for trusting us with your father's care.
