Although anxious for a few weeks she has settled down with help of medical staff and the care she is receiving. I had to speak to head of floor as there was an issue with
member of staffs attitude and I was assured it would be dealt with. I am feel very happy and at peace knowing my mam is safe and cared for.

Mum had excellent nursing care throughout her final illness and we felt very much supported as a family.
Leighton Rose staff were very caring and accommodating and the reception staff were always very helpful and friendly.
Management staff were extremely supportive and helpful, especially when my
mother's health deteriorated and she needed to be moved to the nursing floor.
Her room was comfortable and spacious and there were other areas where family could go and talk together, or take a break in the Bistro if needed.
It was a great comfort to know how well mum was being looked after.
Leighton Rose is a lovely, welcoming place and we are so glad that mum got to spend her final months here

When someone is diagnosed with dementia it's a difficult time for everyone. Most especially for the person, but also their relatives and close friends. My friend of many years has recently made Studley Rose Care Home his permanent home. In such a difficult time, the staff have gone above and beyond
to help him settle in and feel comfortable and safe. They are attentive and caring and nothing is too much trouble. The food excellent and varied and the cake offered daily to residents and visitors in the lounge is delicious! Activities are varied and staff encourage residents to join in, resulting in a bright, cheerful and welcoming atmosphere. I can't recommend Studley Rose enough.

Overall Experience 4.0 out of 5
A very nice and homely care facility. The facilities are lovely and the manager called on the day that my mother was received. The staff team are very nice and the rooms are pleasant. There have been a few issues and concerns:
The room has crash mats everywhere for safety yet I find myself wiping these
down regularly due to food/blood/even faeces on them.
The blinds/curtains had been pulled down by my mother and the plaster from the walls is till on the floor weeks later & no replacements arranged.
Reply from Soni Atwal, Senior Customer Relations Manager at Blythe Rose Specialist Dementia Care HomeThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you found the home welcoming and homely, and that you had a positive first impression of the facilities, rooms, management, and staff team.
We're very sorry to hear about the issues you've raised regarding cleanliness and maintenance. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback is important to us, and we will ensure it is reviewed so that appropriate action can be taken to address both the hygiene and repair matters you mentioned.
Please be assured that resident safety, dignity, and comfort are our top priorities. If you would be willing, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly so we can resolve them promptly and ensure your mother's environment is as safe and comfortable as possible. Thank you again for your honest feedback.

Mum is very happy and content at Blossomfield Rose. All staff are always helpful and polite and all seem to know mum by name. She has been resident for around 6 months now and have never had any cause to complain. Can't list all the staff members as there are so many but they all seem to genuinely care
for the residents and their families.

Perdiswell Rose Care Home

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
Since my Mother in Law came in early December, i have been very impressed with Perdiswell Rose. Right from first contact with Abi, the clear emphasis has been on both Maureens (and the familys) well-being and health. The home is comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and profesional
and the care and compassion Maureen gets is heart warming. I feel that, best of all, I can see the effect it has on my wife, knowing her Mom is happy, safe and getting the care she deserves.
Reply from Soni Atwal, Senior Customer Relations Manager at Perdiswell Rose Care HomeThank you so much for your thoughtful and heartfelt review. We're really pleased to hear how positive your experience has been since Maureen joined us, and that Abi and the whole team helped make the transition a reassuring one for your family. Knowing that Maureen feels happy, safe, and cared for and that this brings comfort and peace of mind to your wife-means everything to us. Thank you for placing your trust in Perdiswell Rose and for taking the time to share such kind words.

As a family we decided to move mom permanently to Wyrley Rose it was the best decision we made even though it was hard which was November 2025
Our first experience was when my sister & I were greeted by the lovely Michelle on reception who gave us a guided tour of the facilities.
It really is 5 Star
hotel standard and more.
The bedrooms, Lounges, Dining rooms etc are of a very high standard
Our mom is very happy which is the main thing and that is because of the lovely caring friendly staff who do genuinely care
As a family we cannot thank you all enough for caring for our mom
Reply from Soni Atwal, Senior Customer Relations Manager at Wyrley Rose Care HomeThank you so much for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. We're delighted that your first experience with us, and with Michelle on reception, made you feel welcomed and supported, and that you were impressed with our facilities. Most importantly, we are so pleased to hear that your mom is happy and well cared for - that is always our top priority.
Your kind words about our team mean so much to us, and we will be sure to share them with all the staff. Thank you again for your trust and appreciation; it is a privilege to care for your mom.

Mum recently moved into Perdiswell Rose care home and it was the best decision that we could have made for her.
The building, the rooms and all of the facilities on offer are outstanding, it's like staying in a very high quality hotel.
What is even better than the quality of the rooms and facilities
are the staff, they are simply the best! The staff are always happy, upbeat and friendly and most importantly they provide the best care that you could wish for. They look after your relatives as if they were their own.
There is always something going on at the care home to keep residents and visitors entertained, go and take a look at their social media page.
I highly recommend Perdiswell Rose.

Leighton Rose has provided a pleasant, peaceful and supportive environment for dad. Staff are friendly, helpful and polite.
