His approachable demeanor and willingness to listen foster a sense of community among the care home team, which ultimately benefits everyone within the care home's family.’

Outside of work, Jaime spends his free time with his loving wife and two daughters – enjoying quality time together and making the of the time when his daughters are young and active. He also likes sports and played basketball when he was younger.

Betty joins MACC Care in a managerial role as the Company’s vision and values resonate with her own. She wanted to be part of an organisation that is leading the way in the health and social care sector with person-centred care being at the very core of her nursing practice.

Sue is the Customer Relationship Manager at Watermead Rose. She was inspired to enter the world of care professionally due to her personal experience of caring for two family members.

After many years in business development, sales, marketing and education, Sue embarked on a career change, where she could utilise and share her skills. In this role, Sue can truly empathise with families, listen to their concerns and cries for help and provide the warmth and understanding that many crave, as well as provide constructive advice and support.

Sue is warm, friendly and approachable. Her caring and empathetic nature, along with her knowledge, enable her to provide comfort and practical advice and support to families as they navigate their journey into care.

Kelly deals with recruitment, training and new
admissions & is always willing to help. Kelly loves to be
very organised and is very passionate about her work.
She loves to see the residents when they come up for
a coffee and she is keen to join in any activities too.

Dhvani’s energy could brighten up anyone’s day, she is always around to greet you on arrival with her friendly, bubbly personality & she will help you in any way she can. Dhvani loves to be involved and chat with residents to get to know them better over a coffee and a piece of cake, she thrives to make people happy & will have you in stitches with her brilliant sense of humor. Nothing is ever too much for Dhvani.

Chloe’s aim is to keep our activities program person-centered and meaningful for our residents. She always puts the individual first, listens carefully to learn who each resident is & establish what makes them happy

Reena likes nothing more than to see the home sparklingly clean and maintaining the exceptional facilities to the highest standard, alongside her team of housekeepers. Whilst going about her work, she always finds time to stop and spend time with our wonderful residents and show them that fabulous smile.

Jasleen brings her dedication and warmth to her role. With a compassionated heart and a knack for organization, she ensures that visitors feel welcomed and supported from the moment they step through the door. Whether it's assisting resident's families, coordinating appointments or managing inquiries Jasleen approaches her duties with professionalism and care. Her presence at the reception desk not only facilitates smooth operations but also fosters a sense of comfort and assurance for both residents and their loved ones.

My name is Barry and I am one of the Resident Ambassadors at Watermead Rose Care and Nursing Home. I used to be the Deputy Warden at St. Mary's Church. I used to enjoy amateur dramatics and was a member of The Falcon Players for many years at Stamford Hall Theatre ?? in Leicester. I really enjoy living here at Watermead Rose and can still enjoy my hobbies of poetry, piano music and supporting Leicester City FC. I feel respected and listened to. The Care staff are always ready and willing to help. The whole home is beautifully decorated. The rooms are very generous and comfortable. The cuisine is excellent. Everyone is welcomed here and it has been lovely to become friends with the other residents and the staff. Christina is great and arranges lots of activities, there is always something going on, I really enjoy the quizzes. Watermead Rose should be at the top of the list for anyone looking.
