We are so very sorry that you and your mother's experience of Watermead Rose fell below your expectations. As you are aware all concerns raised by you at the time were fully investigated by our internal team as well as by the local authority safeguarding team who took no further action. We have though taken your comments on board from our face-to-face meeting and we will use your review to continually improve the service we deliver for all our residents and their families.
