The staff at Perdiswell Rose were excellent. They were kind, attentive and caring and always positive in their interactions with my father. The facilities are brand new, very smart, clean and well appointed. I would have to no problem in recommending Perdiswell Rose to other people.

The Perdiswell Rose Care Home is exceptional. When my Mum moved there in March 2026 the home was a breath of fresh air and it was a huge relief knowing Mum was in the right place. The home is well managed and the team work in harmony to deliver person centred care, whilst ensuring respect and dignity, and an awful lot of fun! I have much experience of care homes in a professional and personal capacity and in my opinion this home stands out from the crowd. This home has enhanced the quality of my Mum's life considerably and I am so grateful for this. Thank you, you are all amazing!
Your kind words about...

The staff are all doing a great job in caring for our father, and there are always carers visible and ready to support the residents.
We are delighted to hear that your father has settled in well since moving to Perdiswell Rose and that you have noticed such a positive improvement in his health and wellbeing since being with us. Creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for both residents and their loved ones is incredibly...
The activities programme really stands out. The range, frequency, and sheer effort that goes into it (including the staff's involvement) is brilliant. When we visited during the recent heatwave, there was a water balloon fight-something we happily joined in with-which perfectly sums up the fun, inclusive atmosphere they create. We've noticeably seen an increased level of engagement and happiness in my dad since he's been there.
The facilities are equally impressive-modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with spacious rooms, wide corridors, and welcoming communal areas. The outdoor space is also lovely and well used.
Overall, it's a fantastic environment and we can't speak highly enough of Abi and the team and the home.
Our team is passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and engaging environment, so it is especially rewarding to know that...

He has his own room fully furnished, which has a well equipped wet room.
My husband has multiple needs but nothing is too much trouble for the caring and Nursing members of staff. They manage to give excellent nursing care whilst making the environment feel homely, safe and fun.
He has felt so much safer in their care and he has now become a Resident.
The kindness and reassurance that I have received, together with my family, has greatly helped with the sudden changes in our life.
The coffee lounge is a welcome facility for all to use, and is a lovely environment for coffee and home made cake.
I would highly recommend Perdiswell Rose Care and Nursing home to anyone looking for excellent Care.

Mum moved into Perdiswell Rose 3 week ago. It's been a really tough few weeks for mum and her family. The support has been fabulous, from all the staff. There is a very nice feel to the place. And I love that ALL the staff know mum's name, even on different floors. It's early days and mum still settling in, but I have peace of mind finally and I know mum is safe and well cared for and she's smiling again.
It's wonderful to know that our team's...
My mother has been resident at this care home for a few months now. Each time I've visited, I've found the ambience much more than dutiful and caring. There is a special bond amongst staff and residents, and dignity and quality of life are paramount. The activities planned for every week are fun and inclusive, for example the session with a local ukulele group in the lobby yesterday; residents sang along to known songs, and danced with each other. Ongoing efforts for the residents are thoughtful and sincere.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We are delighted to hear that your mother has settled in well and that you have felt such a positive atmosphere during your visits.
Creating a warm, supportive environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and...
Perdiswell Rose Care Home deserves all of the five stars I have given as it provides excellent Care in my personal experience and where I stayed for some 5 weeks when I was accepted as a short term resident at very short notice prior to going to Hospital for surgery and needed after care when I came out of hospital. I was very anxious as I have never needed to be looked after before and did not know what to expect. My room was lovely and clean and comfortable, with my own bathroom and window to look out of. The home was spacious and I was looked after as an individual, able to move around the whole Care Home as I wished. It had lots of different public rooms, hair salon, coffee lounge with good coffee a cinema and hair salon. There is a lovely outside garden with seating. A weekly programme of activities which were fun and a positive can do attitude helped me and excellent clinical nursing to help me get better and now I am always welcome as a visitor.
We are delighted to hear that your stay at Perdiswell Rose Care Home helped you feel comfortable, supported, and cared for during what must have been an anxious time before and after your surgery. Providing personalised care that respects each resident's independence, dignity, and individual needs...

My father moved into Perdiswell Rose, feeling very apprehensive about moving out of his home where he/d been living alone for several years. Within a very short space of time, he was feeling safe and extremely well cared for and quickly reassured us about how much he was enjoying living here. We couldnt have made a better choice for him.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We understand how difficult and emotional the transition into care can be, especially after living independently for many years, so it means a great deal to hear that your father settled in so quickly.
It's wonderful to know that he now feels safe,...
The care team there are so welcoming and treat both Mum & Dad as part of the family we couldn't wish for him to be in a better place. It has made such a huge difference to Mum's life now she is not trying to look after him at home, we are so grateful to everyone there as they really go the extra mile! In turn Dad has improved significantly.
Special thanks to Abi, Sandi, Kix, George & Shaun - there are plenty of others, but I don't remember the names. You are all amazing, thank you all so much!
We're so pleased that from your very first interaction you felt supported and reassured during what we know was a significant and emotional decision for your family, especially travelling from NZ to help your parents. Being able to welcome your dad so quickly and ensure a smooth transition was...
My husband went to Perdiswell Rose for two weeks respite. I needed a break from caring having fallen in garden and bruising ribs. I was exhausted. After initially feeling guilty for not being able to care for husband I was very pleased with the care he was receiving. The rooms are absolutely beautiful too. I cannot fault anything . So pleased i found Perdiswell Rose - from initial contact through to the two week respite stay the Staff were so friendly and caring. Wouldn't hesitate to have hubby booked in again. Thank you all!!

After moving mum from a different care home, we were worried about how she would settle in but all the staff at Perdiswell Rose have gone above and beyond to help reassure her and make it feel like home. I am a passionate and experienced Registered Home Manager, with a background as a Regional Director and Commissioning Home Manager.
Over 30 years, starting as a care assistant to a registered manager, I’ve led teams and services with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional, person-centred care. Caring comes naturally to me, and I believe in not only supporting residents within the home but also building strong community connections. I actively engage with local organisations, families, and support networks to create inclusive, enriching experiences for those we care for.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking, taking holidays to unwind, and spending quality time with my family and grandchildren, whom I adore. These moments recharge me and reflect the balance I strive to bring to my professional and personal life.
I genuinely love what I do, and I’m proud to make a difference every day.

As the Customer Relationship Manager at Perdiswell Rose, I’m passionate about building meaningful relationships with residents, their families, our staff, and the wider community. With a strong background in customer service and a deep understanding of the unique needs within elderly care, I aim to bring empathy, respect, and professionalism to every interaction. My role is all about connection — supporting smooth admissions, ensuring clear and compassionate communication between families and care teams, and championing the satisfaction and wellbeing of our residents. I’m dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported throughout their journey with us.

My name is Lynda, and I am the Home Administrator for Perdiswell Rose.
I joined Perdiswell Rose just as it was in the final completion stage of building, so it has been wonderful to see this lovely home open its doors to welcome our amazing residents.
I have worked in Home Administration for almost 4 years and thoroughly enjoy the various aspects of the role. Previously, my career was in Travel & Tourism, so I am relatively new to the Care Industry, but I have learnt so much during this time.
I feel both Industries require the highest standards of Customer Service, and I am certainly an advocate for this. I have such respect and admiration for our Staff Members in all Departments who demonstrate daily their skills and dedication, ensuring our residents receive the best attention and care and are always treated with such respect and kindness.I consider it a privilege to be part of the team, using my skills to support our Residents, their Families, Management and staff to ensure the smooth running of the home.

I am a Clinical Lead with over 20 years of experience across nursing, leadership, and operational management in the UK and the Philippines. With a background in Medical Surgical Nursing, Geriatric Nursing, and Dementia care, I am passionate about delivering safe, person-centred care and leading with compassion, accountability, and integrity.
I work closely with residents, families, colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards, support continuous improvement, and create a care environment built on dignity, well-being, and trust.

I am an experienced Activities and Events Coordinator with a passion for delivering person-centred lifestyle and wellbeing support that enhances the quality of life of every resident. I am dedicated to creating meaningful, engaging experiences tailored to individual interests, abilities, and preferences.
I enjoy thinking outside the box and developing creative, unique, and enjoyable activities that bring people together, encourage participation, and create lasting memories. Whether organising themed events, wellbeing programmes, or spontaneous moments of fun, I strive to ensure every resident feels valued, included, and inspired to live life to the fullest.
