The staff at Millfield Care Home are incredibly kind, professional and genuinely care about all the residents' well-being, meeting them with dignity. The food is exceptional, it's varied, well presented and of the highest quality. Activities are wonderful, lively and daily, keeping the residents engaged.
The home tailors the care to my mother's specific needs, and we are kept informed.

Well, where do I start? From the moment I walked in there I knew I needed to get my dad into Millfield Rose, it far exceeds any nursing home I have ever been to. My dad has complex nursing requirements and I was reassured from day 1. Karen the manager and her staff, Keeley in particular have gone above
and beyond to help me secure a room for my dad. Their assistance, attention to detail and compassion is second to non, and we can now finally spend some quality time with dad knowing his is safe, looked after and cared for. Thank you Karen, Keeley, and everyone for being amazing.

In a time of crisis, the staff at Millfield Rose have been outstandingly accommodating. They have provided a safe and secure environment for my nan. They are also happy to take on smaller details that will make a more comfortable experience for nan.

Our grandmother has been here for almost two weeks now, and our experience has been wonderful. The care she receives is excellent, with staff who are attentive and genuinely responsive to her needs. The facilities are outstanding and provide a comfortable, luxurious environment that truly feels welcoming.
The meals are lovely and clearly prepared with great care. Most of all, the friendly staff and the many happy faces we see each day give us real peace of mind that she is in such good hands.

I can not express my gratitude and how highly I recommend the staff and manager (Karen) of the Millfield Rose Care home. The care, compassion and overall willingness to help my Mom and our family during a very difficult time has been overwhelming. Mom's transition from home into full time care has been
seamless. All of the staff have gone out of their way to make us all feel comfortable and included in the process. Paying particular attention to small details has made all the difference.

Amazing team and amazing facilities. Always willing to go the extra mile in making my aunt very welcome and helping her through the transition period. The food is second to none as are all of the activities. The manager and her team have every reason to be proud of themselves.

Millfield Rose Care Home is absolutely gorgeous - being brand new, everything is finished to such a high standard and it has such a warm, welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. The staff have been incredibly kind and attentive with my great auntie, showing her so much patience and genuine care,
which has really helped her settle in quickly and comfortably. As a family, we have complete peace of mind knowing she is somewhere so beautiful and so well looked after. We couldn't be happier with the care she's receiving.
