gorgeous home, always very clean and certainly fit for purpose
staff are amazing, always kind and trying to do everything to make Mums life as good as it can be
very hygenic and very knowledgeable staff
modern but still with a cosy feel
feel so at ease leaving mum there in between visits and she
is the most content she has been in any care home

My mother in law has been at Millfield Rose for five weeks now, and I can not say enough about the place and staff. Everyone is amazing, and the facilities are amazing. I would recommend it to everyone.

My uncle recently became a resident here. I must say the place is spotless . The facilities are incredible with many well decorated lounges, a saloon , cinema room, crafts room and more!
The building feels secure with ever changing PIN codes required to move around and the staff are lovely and

Dad moved in over 2 months ago. The staff here are very polite and accommodating. There are numerous things they do to entertain both the residents and the wider community. Even doing arts and crafts, the animal man, both for residents and their visitors. Dad finally settled. The care home itself is
to a very good standard and in brand spanking new.

I cannot praise Millfield Rowe's Nursing Home enough. The staff are absolutely exceptional - kind, caring, patient, and genuinely dedicated to the people they look after. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they treat everyone with dignity, warmth, and respect. The home itself is always clean,
welcoming, and well run, and there is a lovely atmosphere throughout. It gives real peace of mind knowing your loved ones are in such safe and compassionate hands. Thank you to all the staff for the hard work, care, and kindness you show every single day. It truly makes a difference and is deeply appreciated.

Really good care the staff are excellent and can't do enough for residents and visitors the surroundings are beautiful it as a cinema a hair saloon gym restaurant puts on regular entertainment food is excellent I can't recommend this place enough

My father in law is a resident at Millfield Rose. The building is furnished and decorated on par with a high class hotel. The staff are caring, polite, and professional at all times.
Rest assured your loved one will be cared for and comfortable 24 hours a day, in beautiful surroundings.

My sisters father is in this care home and the communion and conversations with the staff and my sister has been fantastic and has eased so much off her worry for her father. The staff are all wonderful in communication, quality off care, and training. The home it's self has everything a person
would need for dignity, care, comfort, ease off a life as it has so many components to help with the type off wonderful luxury quality off end off care such as a cinema room, hairdressers which allows the service users/family under the the protection off care off the home to have things to do within the home and what is important for there end off life care. The decorations has a luxury and comfortable feeling as soon as you walk around. I haven't found a single thing I can say bad. I would personally live in the home because it's such a luxury type of care home. Amazing staff and support and eases the stress and worry I feel about my relative being in a care home. Thank you

My husband and I had a great experience. Our uncle has complex needs, but we were reassured from the start and felt completely confident that he would be well cared for. The team were very professional and informative, taking the time to answer all our questions and put us at ease.
The home
itself is fantastic-beautifully set, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are of a hotel standard, offering both comfort and dignity.
We couldn't have wished for more when it comes to the comfort and wellbeing of a beloved relative.
The manager was both friendly and reassuring and we feel confident of the decision we have made to move our uncle here.

Mom decided it was time for her to go into 24-hour care due to increasing falls.
We checked out various homes, but Millfield Rose was by far the most caring, informative, and met my expectations. Thank you to all staff, including nursing teams, domestic teams, kitchen team and admins team and
activities team.

The staff at Millfield Care Home are incredibly kind, professional and genuinely care about all the residents' well-being, meeting them with dignity. The food is exceptional, it's varied, well presented and of the highest quality. Activities are wonderful, lively and daily, keeping the residents
engaged. The home tailors the care to my mother's specific needs, and we are kept informed.

Well, where do I start? From the moment I walked in there I knew I needed to get my dad into Millfield Rose, it far exceeds any nursing home I have ever been to. My dad has complex nursing requirements and I was reassured from day 1. Karen the manager and her staff, Keeley in particular have gone
above and beyond to help me secure a room for my dad. Their assistance, attention to detail and compassion is second to non, and we can now finally spend some quality time with dad knowing his is safe, looked after and cared for. Thank you Karen, Keeley, and everyone for being amazing.

In a time of crisis, the staff at Millfield Rose have been outstandingly accommodating. They have provided a safe and secure environment for my nan. They are also happy to take on smaller details that will make a more comfortable experience for nan.

Our grandmother has been here for almost two weeks now, and our experience has been wonderful. The care she receives is excellent, with staff who are attentive and genuinely responsive to her needs. The facilities are outstanding and provide a comfortable, luxurious environment that truly feels
welcoming. The meals are lovely and clearly prepared with great care. Most of all, the friendly staff and the many happy faces we see each day give us real peace of mind that she is in such good hands.

I can not express my gratitude and how highly I recommend the staff and manager (Karen) of the Millfield Rose Care home. The care, compassion and overall willingness to help my Mom and our family during a very difficult time has been overwhelming. Mom's transition from home into full time care has
been seamless. All of the staff have gone out of their way to make us all feel comfortable and included in the process. Paying particular attention to small details has made all the difference.

Amazing team and amazing facilities. Always willing to go the extra mile in making my aunt very welcome and helping her through the transition period. The food is second to none as are all of the activities. The manager and her team have every reason to be proud of themselves.

Millfield Rose Care Home is absolutely gorgeous - being brand new, everything is finished to such a high standard and it has such a warm, welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. The staff have been incredibly kind and attentive with my great auntie, showing her so much patience and genuine care,
which has really helped her settle in quickly and comfortably. As a family, we have complete peace of mind knowing she is somewhere so beautiful and so well looked after. We couldn't be happier with the care she's receiving.
