From the second I enquired about respite for Mum, everyone has been so helpful and supportive. The care home is beautiful, like a 5 star hotel, with wonderful care.

Experienced other care homes for my mother - this one Perdiswell Rose is excllent and looking after my wife.

The staff at Perdiswell Rose were excellent. They were kind, attentive and caring and always positive in their interactions with my father. The facilities are brand new, very smart, clean and well appointed. I would have to no problem in recommending Perdiswell Rose to other people.

The Perdiswell Rose Care Home is exceptional. When my Mum moved there in March 2026 the home was a breath of fresh air and it was a huge relief knowing Mum was in the right place. The home is well managed and the team work in harmony to deliver person centred care, whilst ensuring respect and dignity, and an awful lot of fun! I have much experience of care homes in a professional and personal capacity and in my opinion this home stands out from the crowd. This home has enhanced the quality of my Mum's life considerably and I am so grateful for this. Thank you, you are all amazing!

The staff are all doing a great job in caring for our father, and there are always carers visible and ready to support the residents.

Overall, it's a fantastic environment and we can't speak highly enough of Abi and the team and the home.

We wouldn't hesitate to book my mum in again.

Mum moved into Perdiswell Rose 3 week ago. It's been a really tough few weeks for mum and her family. The support has been fabulous, from all the staff. There is a very nice feel to the place. And I love that ALL the staff know mum's name, even on different floors. It's early days and mum still settling in, but I have peace of mind finally and I know mum is safe and well cared for and she's smiling again.

My mother has been resident at this care home for a few months now. Each time I've visited, I've found the ambience much more than dutiful and caring. There is a special bond amongst staff and residents, and dignity and quality of life are paramount. The activities planned for every week are fun and inclusive, for example the session with a local ukulele group in the lobby yesterday; residents sang along to known songs, and danced with each other. Ongoing efforts for the residents are thoughtful and sincere.

Perdiswell Rose Care Home deserves all of the five stars I have given as it provides excellent Care in my personal experience and where I stayed for some 5 weeks when I was accepted as a short term resident at very short notice prior to going to Hospital for surgery and needed after care when I came out of hospital. I was very anxious as I have never needed to be looked after before and did not know what to expect. My room was lovely and clean and comfortable, with my own bathroom and window to look out of. The home was spacious and I was looked after as an individual, able to move around the whole Care Home as I wished. It had lots of different public rooms, hair salon, coffee lounge with good coffee a cinema and hair salon. There is a lovely outside garden with seating. A weekly programme of activities which were fun and a positive can do attitude helped me and excellent clinical nursing to help me get better and now I am always welcome as a visitor.

Dad went in for respite care and decided to stay! The facilities are excellent, spotlessly clean and fitted out throughout to a very high standard.

The staff are wonderful, friendly and caring. Nothing is too much trouble and there are always so many activities going on. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Mum has settled into Perdiswell Rose very well. Management, care staff, housekeeping, chef and reception staff are all excellent. Very high standards provided.

My father moved into Perdiswell Rose, feeling very apprehensive about moving out of his home where he/d been living alone for several years. Within a very short space of time, he was feeling safe and extremely well cared for and quickly reassured us about how much he was enjoying living here. We couldnt have made a better choice for him.

My husband went to Perdiswell Rose for two weeks respite. I needed a break from caring having fallen in garden and bruising ribs. I was exhausted. After initially feeling guilty for not being able to care for husband I was very pleased with the care he was receiving. The rooms are absolutely beautiful too. I cannot fault anything . So pleased i found Perdiswell Rose - from initial contact through to the two week respite stay the Staff were so friendly and caring. Wouldn't hesitate to have hubby booked in again. Thank you all!!

My mum stayed at Perdiswell Rose for respite care in December 2025, the rooms, facilities and staff were all fabulous. Everyone handled my mum with warmth and kindness and despite suffering a few periods of ill health requiring some hospital treatment she enjoyed her stay.

My husband has numerous issues and ailments that Perdiswell Rose, right from the beginning they are treating and investigating everything.

Activities are excellent and having seen the activities that have been I am renaming them Youth Club for Seniors

We are so pleased overall that we wish we had done it sooner.

After moving mum from a different care home, we were worried about how she would settle in but all the staff at Perdiswell Rose have gone above and beyond to help reassure her and make it feel like home. The surroundings are beautiful but it's the staff that really make it special - nothing is too much trouble and always have a smile. Lovely atmosphere throughout.
