My sister is so happy at Wulfrun Rose care home. She does so many activities. Which she couldn't do before moving in there. Even with her dementia and very poor eyesight, she is involved with plenty to keep her occupied. It makes all the family happy to know she is cared for in a way we couldn't do
at home. It is a pleasure to visit her each week, and we thank you for the superb care she is receiving.

I would like new drawers for Linda's room. I have mentioned it to the staff. I would like her day clothes to be hung in the wardrobe, and not put in drawers with nighties. She would like to see the hairdresser. She needs a spoon to eat with (not a knife and fork), Some staff forget this. Overall, I
am pleased, just wish she'd get out of bed more and go downstairs.

Your comments have been shared with the care team to ensure Linda's day clothes are hung separately from her nightwear and that staff are reminded she needs to use a spoon when eating. Staff are very accommodating they are very helpful and always greet you with a smile. My grandad is very happy he sometimes sings a song to the staff as well. He said the staff are always looking after him.

The care staff and nursing team are very helpful and caring. I appreciate that they are busy but will make time to listen to me and try to understand my husband which is difficult.

Mum has been a resident for over 7 months now and we have always been impressed by the friendliness of all the staff we have met. It doesn't matter what time of day we visit Mum, the staff are always helpful and approachable.
Mum's health has been much better over the last few months which shows that
the care she has received has been working.
There are activities to keep Mum engaged and the whole family enjoyed the Summer Fair. I have found the staff who deal with invoices really helpful too. Thank you all.

Mum has quickly settled into her new home and is very satisfied with all aspects of the service from all areas of the establishment.The care team are very attentive and take time to understand mums needs, even though she is very quietly spoken. The housekeeping and kitchen staff also deserve a special
mention for meeting her needs. Other resident have also played a part in making her feel very welcome.

Wulfrun Rose Nursing Home is simply a very pleasant place to be a resident. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff are welcoming, understanding of more complex requirements, highly skilled and generally lovely people to be around. You are made to feel like you are the center of their day.
The food is varied enough and to put it bluntly delicious. I now describe this place as my home despite only arriving a few weeks ago. You can receive visitors all through the day and I also have deliveries here from Amazon for little treats for myself. I would highly highly recommend this home to almost anyone looking to know that their close family are comfortable and happy. Obviously we would all love to be with our immediate families but given that in some cases this simply isn't practical or even safe then Wulfrun Rose offers a very close second place. I was very hesitant when we discussed this option for my continuing care but now I literally feel happier and safer than being at home.

I have visited many homes and worked in a hospital for 35 years. This is such a clean and friendly home. So clean and cared for and happy. They do activities with the residents. Always a pleasure to visit.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care team - they are always welcoming, friendly and eager to help. The activities staff create a wonderful variety of engaging events that keep mom fully involved and encourage residents to connect, fostering genuine friendships. The meals always look appetising and
Mom often tells me how much she enjoys them. Her room is always clean and well kept. Visiting is always a pleasure; the atmosphere is vibrant, and I can truly see that Mom feels younger and happier than ever - thank you.

The staff were extremely welcoming and thoughtful, in every single way they looked after my mothers every need , we were made to feel at ease and they were very reassuring and understanding, if I had worries about mom's health, they sat and explained everything thoroughly, sadly eventually mom passed
away , they guided us through this highly emotional time with caring and compassion , the final moments were dealt with very tenderly and kind
In summary , nothing was too much trouble , wonderful staff and team and care home , the collective feeling was of one big happy extended family, I would highly recommend them to anyone , and we will always be grateful for the wonderful work completed with my dear mother.

Mom always seems to be well cared for. Nurses keep me informed of any problems or changes. The staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile. Home seems to be well-run and have no cause to complain.

Mom was taken to Wulfrun Rose after a hospital stay when she fell at home and broke her hip. Unfortunately she is unable to look after herself or get out of bed so this was her only option. Since being a resident she has been looked after very well. All of the staff are caring and compassionate they
spend time, as much as they can, with her just chatting and making her feel special. She wasn't really eating or drinking when she first moved in but has now started to enjoy the lovely food they offer. They also take her down to the main lounge when she wants to go so she has a bit more interaction with other people. Overall I am really satisfied with her care as I know that she is safe and being well looked after and if any issues arise I am informed straight away by the staff.

My mother spent a few months here and I couldn't wish for a better nursing home, my mom absolutely loved it here too. The staff go above and beyond, nothing is to much trouble, they make you feel like one big happy family. During my mom last coupled of weeks before she passed away, they allowed me to
stay by her bedside day and night, they gave me 3 meals a day, let me shower , it was lovely , they gave me everything I needed so I could stay at my moms bedside, such a loving and passionate nursing home, I would definitely recommend this nursing home to anyone who is seeking residence.

Cannot fault the staff, my mom had a rapid decline in health and was unable to return home.
My mom came to Wulfrun Rose, she was very scared and not in the best of places, with all the support of the staff she has improved so much, she's more content, she's socialising with people which she wasn't
at home.
I couldn't have wished for a better place for my mom to be. The care is amazing
