Wulfrun Rose have been amazing with our dad and nothing is ever too much. Dad receives 1-1 care in which he has a few carers that swap around so Dad is very familiar with a lot of the staff. Dad is happy there and all staff are excellent with him. Staff are approachable and are very friendly. Dad has
a choice of food and even is offered snacks and plenty of drinks throughout the day! If there's ever a problem we are contacted and vice versa with us speaking to the home. Big thanks to the care home manager, you have been excellent with not only Dad and his care but also us as a family.

I visit my friend every week and have done since he resided there. Whatever day I go the home is always welcoming and clean. My friend's wife also resided in the home some years ago and he (now a resident) was extremely pleased with everything, it was first-class. I have visited several care homes in
the past and must say Wulfrun Rose is exceptional.

From the moment my Dad came to visit before even moving in the staff were so friendly and welcoming it made his mind up straight away. There is always staff floating about to grab if we need a chat, there is plenty of choice at meal times and the portion is enough too. The amount of activities offered
is great and something really important to us as a family. So far we are extremely happy with the care and the facilities and Dad has settled in great.

Both of my parents moved in here at the end of August and I recently spent a month visiting daily. The staff are outstanding - they genuinely care for the residents and go over and above to ensure they are included in the activities. My mum joins in wherever she can and this has really improved her
mental and social health as there is a wide variety for her to choose from. Everyone keeps commenting on how well my mum looks as the carers do her hair and make-up and the place feels like a hotel as it's always vibrant, clean and welcoming. She has settled here very quickly and the staff constantly email me with updates. My father sadly passed away recently but the staff were so caring to all of us throughout and made the whole experience as painless as possible. When I left I felt very at ease leaving my mum as I knew she was in good hands. My brother and I looked at a lot of care homes and we are so glad we found Wulfrun Rose - highly recommended.

We were searching for a care home for my father for a while until we found Wulfrun. We were shown around by the lovely customer relations manager who could not have been more welcoming and did a great job in arranging the assessment promptly, she kept me up to date until all paperwork had been sorted
for move-in. My father has been in there a month now and the service is fantastic, the customer relations manager helps with any queries I have. The food and environment are fantastic and staff cannot do enough. Choosing a care home for your loved one is tough, but please take my word you will be very pleased and know your loved one is safe.

My sister and her husband have moved in here. My sister has not been so active in a long time. So pleased to see a smile on her face after such a long time. Her husband needs extra care which he is receiving with care and dignity. So pleased they have got such a loving place to end their day in.

The care and support given to my dad in his last few weeks was second to none. The staff were also very caring and supportive to myself. My mom is new to Wulfrun Rose and has been made to feel very welcome. All the staff have shown so much love and care to Mom and also to us due to the difficult time of her moving nursing home.
The food is lovely and homely which Mom enjoys very much, especially the hearty puddings. I speak on behalf
of my family when I say a huge thank you to everyone at Wulfrun to making Mom feel at home.

Cannot thank the staff and management at Wulfrun Rose enough for all they did, all the care and support they gave my Uncle during his end-of-life journey was commendable. Excellent. The support and compassion they also gave to our family was above and beyond and we shall all be forever grateful.

My brother went into Wulfrun Rose Nursing Home. It was fantastic, he was so looked after by all staff. He was so happy there, nothing too much for the staff. They deserve a reward, the staff are a credit to the owners of this home. l worked in care and this home excelled. My brother called it home,

Both my parents received excellent care there. They had very different needs but they were all met. When my parents were well enough they were included in various activities. They organised a lovely party for my mother's birthday and another for their 70th wedding anniversary. They worked very closely
with the hospice and palliative care nurse to ensure painless and dignified deaths.

The care home and caregivers are on the whole fine. The problem is gaining access to visit relatives after 5pm and at weekends. The website says the home is open 24 hours therefore a security guard should be on duty to allow visitors in and out, it should not be up to the caregivers, their responsibility
is to the residents not having to keep an eye on the door.

I have come in for 4 weeks of respite. I have found it very good for my needs. The staff are really good. They are very friendly and look after me really well. It's been like a new lease of life for me, meeting and talking to different people. At home, I'm stuck in bed but here I can get out in the
gardens, I have some me time. I am hoping to become a full-time resident soon.
