We were searching for a care home for my father for a while until we found Wulfrun. We were shown around by the lovely customer relations manager who could not have been more welcoming and did a great job in arranging the assessment promptly, she kept me up to date until all paperwork had been sorted for move-in. My father has been in there a month now and the service is fantastic, the customer relations manager helps with any queries I have. The food and environment are fantastic and staff cannot do enough. Choosing a care home for your loved one is tough, but please take my word you will be very pleased and know your loved one is safe.
Thank you so much for this review, it's been a pleasure welcoming you both to our home.

The food is lovely and homely which Mom enjoys very much, especially the hearty puddings. I speak on behalf of my family when I say a huge thank you to everyone at Wulfrun to making Mom feel at home.
Thank you for your kind words. Mom is such a lovely lady and brings so much joy to staff and other residents when she dances to her tunes. We are all so glad that she has joined our family.
Cannot thank the staff and management at Wulfrun Rose enough for all they did, all the care and support they gave my Uncle during his end-of-life journey was commendable. Excellent. The support and compassion they also gave to our family was above and beyond and we shall all be forever grateful.

It was an honour to look after your uncle. His strength and positivity at the end of his life is a testament to what a wonderful man he was. He is missed. Thank you for taking the time to leave your kind words.

Thank you for your lovely review. Your brother was such a strong man. He was always so very sweet to us all and he will be missed. I believe that he is waiting for you so that you can both get up to no good again like you did as children. Remember, you will always be part of our family.
Would recommend it without hesitation.

The website says the home is open 24 hours therefore a security guard should be on duty to allow visitors in and out, it should not be up to the caregivers, their responsibility is to the residents not having to keep an eye on the door.
Thank you for the kind words regarding the care team. I will take your concerns regarding access to senior management.
Lots of activities, staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome anytime you come.

You are as much part of our family as Mom is. Mom is a sweet, sweet lady. Thank you for your kind words.
Although Mom was only with you for a short time, you made her comfortable and pain-free for the last few days of her life. You were kind, considerate and treated her with dignity.

All the staff we met were wonderful and made us all feel welcome we really can't thank all the staff enough for the care and support they gave to my nan and us as a family. I just wish she had longer there instead of the neglect my nan had to suffer in another care home for 4 months. Thank you Wulfrun Rose Nursing Home.
It was an absolute honour to look after your nan at the end of her life. We also wish she could have stayed with us for a while longer. You will always remain a member of the Wulfrun Rose family.
My mom was sent to this nursing home via the hospital, couldn't have chosen a better place myself. She has a lovely clean room with a TV and bathroom. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. I feel relieved that Mom is in a safe, caring home.
