Activities include arts and crafts sessions, gardening, exercise classes, cinema nights, quizzes, musical performances, and pamper sessions. Each activity is designed to enhance life skills and give a feeling of purpose and self-worth. There is a great variety of activities to try, with new activities added frequently.
