Overall Experience
Lovely care home with bright, warm lounges, bedrooms, a visiting hairdresser, plus a cafe for residents and visitors.
Plenty of car parking space, good outside space and gardens with outside seating.
All staff very welcoming and approachable, they care about the well being of the residents.
The meals that I have seen have always looked very good.

A few minor issues mainly with the laundry, more activities would be good with more inter action with the residents.

Overall Experience
My parents have recieved very good care for 2 weeks respite at Cheadle Grange Care Home. The staff are lovely and have looked after both my parents and family members visiting very well. There have been one or two issues during the stay, which have been rectified promptly when raised with the home. Unfortunately some of the activities offered have not taken place but to be fair the staff have arranged activities my dad in particular has asked for.
My parents did complain to me that their beds weren't being made and once I raised this it was rectified, similarly mum hadn't had any of her clothes washed for 10 days, she didn't know she was to leave them on the floor if she wanted them washing I understand permanent residents have their own wash basket in their rooms , so maybe a little more thought needs to be made for respite residents.

On the whole though a very good experience.
