The building is split into discreet units which have been specifically designed using expert experience of caring for complex physical and neurological conditions.
The service focusses on maximising independence and enriching the lives of residents living at the home.

One area for possible improvement would be the entry system; I was stuck between the main entrance doors and reception for over 5 minutes on my latest visit due to nobody in reception; this is understandable on occasion but not really acceptable when fob entry is common in care homes

We would also like to apologise for the inconvenience you experienced when entering the home on your most recent visit. Whilst there may be times when reception staff are away from the desk, we appreciate that being unable to gain access for several minutes falls short of the experience we aim to provide for our visitors.
