All accommodation is en-suite and can be personalised to reflect individual tastes and routines. Dedicated dementia care suites are designed to provide familiarity, reassurance and specialist support, while younger adults and residential residents benefit from care that promotes independence, choice and quality of life.
The home offers a range of on-site amenities including a hairdressing salon, with regular visits from a chiropodist and access to optician and physiotherapy appointments when required.

My relative was in the home. It's a beautiful place and nothing was too much trouble for the care staff and my relative was looked after and cared for so well. I would thoroughly recommend this home, it's wonderful.

Magnolia Park Care Home and its staff have changed my sister's life. The setting is wonderful, no dingy ward like rooms, but a pleasant bright and open setting. The staff are exceptional, they really care and understand the needs of the residents; activities are provided to enable residents to enjoy each day. The ethos of caring carries through to all of the staff. There is a shared vision of excellence. This is the real difference from the dismal care homes my sister had previously experienced and this is combined with the beautiful setting of Magnolia Park. I am grateful for all the help they have given me my sister. I rest more easily knowing that my sister, who has dementia, is truly being cared for in her later years.

I joined Magnolia Park as Home Administrator, having spent around thirteen years in the care sector. Before this, I worked as a Receptionist and Administrator at a sixty-bed nursing home in Canterbury, having since moved to this area. What drew me to Stow Healthcare was the role itself, which is a little broader than my previous one, and the way I felt at Magnolia Park from the very first day. I spent time shadowing at Manson House as well, and Stow Healthcare's principles and approach to work matched my own.
My role means I am often the first person families speak to, whether that is on the phone, when they arrive to visit or when they are first looking at the home for a relative. I look after the paperwork that sits behind a move-in, keep our records accurate and up to date, and make sure questions reach the right person in the team and come back with an answer.
Much of the work happens behind the scenes, but good organisation and clear communication support the care our residents receive every day.
Outside of work, I have recently moved house, and there is plenty to do, the garden especially.
The care home lists weekly fees per person between £935 and £1,395 for residential care (respite between £1,028 and £1,395) and between £935 and £1,395 for residential dementia care (respite between £1,028 and £1,395).
