Overall Experience
My Mother has been in Magnolia Park six months.
We feel very comfortable with her there, safety due diligence is excellent.
A very high degree of one to one care and support.
We are kept fully informed. We visit most days and are always made welcome.
Having experience of a number of homes, in our view this is the Best

Overall Experience
I can not thank the team enough for everything they have done for my Mum so far.
There is such a positve difference in my mum since moving to Magnolia from another carehome.
The staff always make u feel welcome and at home.

Natalie Kilby is an experienced Home Manager who has worked in the care sector since the age of 18. Over the years, she has developed extensive expertise in managing services supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs, overseeing dual-site homes. Natalie has experience in being the responsible individual for two residential homes simultaneously, whilst actively managing one of the homes.

Natalie has significant experience stabilising and improving challenging services, working closely with Local Authorities and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to drive positive outcomes and maintain high standards of care. Her hands-on leadership, industry knowledge, and commitment to person-centred support have enabled her to successfully guide teams through change and deliver safe, high-quality services.

Maggie Morris
Maggie MorrisJob Title:Clinical Deputy ManagerJoined: 2026

Originally from Liverpool, Maggie has worked in care since the age of 18 and has been a registered nurse for 40 years. She completed her training at the Royal Liverpool Hospital College and Liverpool John Moores University.

Throughout her varied career, Maggie has worked across hospitals, prisons and care homes, holding roles including Deputy Ward Sister, Ward Manager, Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse and Safeguarding Specialist Nurse.

Maggie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Magnolia Park and is excited to begin her new role as Clinical Manager. She looks forward to supporting the team and helping to ensure residents continue to receive safe, compassionate and high-quality care.
