I would like to give Sandpipers Care Facility in Southport a well-deserved 5-star review. My dad spent over four weeks there for rehabilitation, and throughout his stay we were incredibly impressed with the care, kindness and professionalism shown by the whole team.

I would like to give Sandpipers Care Facility in Southport a well-deserved 5-star review. My dad spent over four weeks there for rehabilitation, and throughout his stay we were incredibly impressed with the care, kindness and professionalism shown by the whole team.
The staff were caring, patient and supportive, always treating Dad with dignity and respect. It was reassuring to know that he was in such good hands, and the communication with our family was greatly appreciated.
Rehabilitation can be a challenging time, but the encouragement and support Dad received helped him make real progress and regain his confidence and independence.

I absolutely love coming down to Sandpipers. The staff are incredibly welcoming, understanding and kind. Everything is carefully tailored any requirements you have and I feel safe and comfortable when I am staying with Sandpipers. The manager goes above and beyond to help in any way she can... even if you are just looking for a chat! Calling Sandpipers a 'care home', in my opinion, definitely under selling it. Sandpipers makes my life better, and I can not praise them highly enough! Thank you so much.

Our sons, Will and Tom, recently stayed at Sandpipers for respite in September, and we couldn't have been happier with the care they received. From the moment we arrived, the team were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail of their needs. The staff showed genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism throughout their stay, ensuring both boys were comfortable, happy, and well looked after. Communication was excellent, and we felt reassured knowing they were in such capable hands. It was clear that the team took time to get to know them as individuals, which made a real difference.
