Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating for our nanna and us. We would come bounding in as the 5 of us, would bring our dogs in, her great grandson from 6 months old obsessed with pushing cars up and down the hallway nearly causing accidents. Always greeted with a smile, some chocolate
and a dog treat. My nanna was so comfortable and happy from the very beginning which was unbelievably reassuring. And towards the end of her life, the love and compassion you showed her will never be forgotten. Thank you so much.

My initial feelings were doubtful that this was the right abode for my husband - 2 managers leaving in quick succession and then thankfully, Dundoran found itself a suitable, friendly, caring manager and slowly the staff improved also. I now feel my husband is in a safe place, cared for by caring staff,
who keep in touch with me, informing me of changes in medication etc. The building itself is being redecorated at present, and some work is required in the gardens but I am assured that this will take place. I now feel that I have peace of mind.

I cannot fault the home at all, I visit my brother every Thurs for 2 hours. I am always greeted by staff at the door with smiling face.
He has been there nearly 4 years now, and he loves it. All staff are so good to him and pass little jokes when they enter his room, which he loves. He loves the food,
always tells me what he's had for lunch. He's so happy there, I wouldn't want him anywhere else.
Big thank you to all staff.

Senior support worker, excellent, the manager was not well and on permanent sick leave, the new manager very good. Rooms not cleaned regularly, public areas clean, bedroom furniture old so I purchased profile bed frames, bedside table, TV and he hs his own chair. Husband eats in his room. The food is
not hot, but he chose not to go to the dining room. Still has a toilet frame in his wardrobe. Sink bracket in his toilet -
The bedroom was painted before moving in, but the curtains are old and not too good; the room is of a good size.

My sister was admitted to Dundoran on 18/02/2025, she was suffering from a fractured hip and advanced vascular dementia. She was a resident here for only seven weeks and was confined to bed as she was unable to walk. During this time, her care by the staff was kind and considerate, always keeping her
clean and comfortable in the bright and friendly bedroom. Her care was quite challenging for the staff, but they always treated her with dignity.

Building interior looks tired. Staff were very friendly. Our daughter went into Evergreen Lodge a really severe alcoholic. The care and attention given by staff and the planning to turn her around were very good. They seem to have a very good system to work with the residents to get the job done and
to educate them to aim for a positive future.

Beaumont Court

from Michelle W (Daughter of Resident) published on 10 April 2025
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

I left a review previously in April of last year following the death of my father. The review was exemplary. The care, love and professionalism provided to my father, but was extended to us as family really was outstanding . We had a singer and a plaque displaying my father's name as a celebration of
his life in the garden. It was lovely to mix with the other residents and have a dance. One of my last memories with my father was dancing to the walk of life . He was so fragile. It was a beautiful moment.

The warmness continues to this day. The staff here speak with us despite our fathers passing nearly a year ago. If you are looking for your relative to be supported in a care home, Beaumont court ticks all the boxes. I as a professional woman have visited s fair few care homes in which I would not leave a relative in.due to lack of dignity, respect, professional care. To be honest the list is endless. I hope this isn't to long to read. It's an honest account of my father's time .

Beaumont Court

from Graham H (Cousin of Resident) published on 3 April 2025
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

I would like to thank all the staff, who looked after my cousin for 3 plus years. I would thoroughly recommend this care home if you have a loved one in need of care.
Situated in the heart of the city, Beaumont Court is located in an amazing tranquil area that is distant from the hustle and bustle
of the high street, yet at a stone's throw away from the tube station. Perfect convenience for families and relatives or anyone else connected to the residents or providing services to this amazing place.
I was overwhelmed by the level of care provided at Beaumont Court. The level of detail the management has indeed endeavoured to pursue is quite comforting and is quite incredible. I don't think it can be matched in any of the other care homes.
Whether it is a communal space or individual resident's rooms, the areas and facilities are constantly clean. There is cheer on the faces of the residents that projects nothing but comfort and satisfaction.

This is a warm and loving care home with some lovely compassionate staff. The home is clean and tidy and my Mother's room is cosy with a nice armchair. Beaumont Court is a beautifully run care home that puts my uncle at the centre of their care. The home is beautifully clean and there is a happy atmosphere both from the residents and the staff. The staff are wonderfully caring. When he was admitted, he was in a very low state due to pressure sores.
The care team have worked tirelessly to improve his condition which is now improving. There is excellent liaison with medical and nursing staff.
I cannot praise the care team too highly they are genuinely dedicated to their residents.

from Marcia N (Daughter of Resident) published on 5 February 2025
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

I can't sing the praises for Globe Court Care Home loud enough! My mother spent a week here whilst I popped off to Egypt with my family for respite. My mother is in her 90's; has late-stage dementia and mobility issues. She is from the Caribbean and is bi-lingual, and has never been in a care home before,
so I was a little apprehensive about how she would manage. After setting everything in place and dropping Mum off, I jetted off for a wonderful week's vacation. The next day after returning to the UK, I went to pick my Mum up, she was so comfortable, happy and well taken care of. She loved the staff and the staff loved her too. I would highly recommend Globe Court. Thank you so much, our family will always remember the love, care and patience you have shown us and to all of the other staff members we didn't get to meet personally, thank you also. God bless you all.

Review of

Beaumont Court

from Susan S (Friend of Resident) published on 11 December 2024
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 1.0 out of 5

When my neighbour was transferred 10 days ago to this place he was happy, able to walk, able to wash himself, able to eat by himself, but now he does not do anything at all. He was propped up in a dirty wheelchair, his legs were nearly to the floor. He didn't speak the whole time I was there, he was
dressed in clothes that looked like they were for kids. There was no heating on, the place was freezing. It's like he's just put there to die.

Reply from Joanna Katz, Customer Service Liason Manager at Beaumont Court

We are saddened to have received your review, as it does not reflect the care and support we provide at Beaumont Court. When your neighbour arrived from another care home, he was severely underweight, weak, and unable to meet his basic needs. We quickly referred him to a dietician, district nurse and physiotherapist within the first 10 days and are arranging a proper wheelchair. Staff are assisting him with daily needs while encouraging independence and promoting a healthy diet and fluid intake. We are monitoring his weight and general condition closely. Regarding the temperature, the home was not cold; all radiators were working at full power. It is a great shame you didn't reach out to us directly before submitting the review. We would have gladly shared the details of the care we've provided and the goals we've set to improve his condition. We take pride in our care, as reflected in our consistently high reviews. Please feel free to contact us if you have further questions.

Lakeside View

from Kath R (Wife of Resident) published on 10 December 2024
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

My husband was admitted in 2018 with complex nursing needs and has lived here since. The manager, nursing team, administration and team leaders are exceptional in their care for residents and their families. They are very able to facilitate continuing NHS funding for residents with complex care needs,
getting one-to-one funding when needed and their terminal care is above and beyond the standard anticipated in a hospice. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
The social activities organisers work really hard to ensure good quality activities both inside and outside the home. The catering is excellent and the rooms are very homely and comfortable; my husband's room was personalised to reflect his love of a football club.
When there are problems they are investigated and remedied promptly and the attention to safeguarding and quality is exemplary.
Most of all, the carers, the leadership team and staff are kind, genuinely invested in the residents and caring, and very approachable- highly recommend.

The residents are all clean and tidy, and the women have coiffed hair and varnished nails. My friend is very happy - she remembers the past but forgets anything said immediately. She especially loves having a frequent visit from the owner's 14" high, rule-the-world young dog. The staff are extremely
