My mum has been a resident at Kibworth Court care home for just under a year and in this time I can honestly say it has improved considerably. Things are certainly happening within the home to up date all communal areas and bedrooms. The food has always been of a good standard and the staff are attentive. My mum is very happy here and we have no complaints. Thank you to all the hard working staff.

Excellent, I'm always kept up to date with MY husbands needs the new manager is fantastic. Excellent staff and excellent facility's. Its like home from home. No job is too small and no job is to big! They go above and beyond. THANKYOU

Friendly team, family kept informed and up to date on mum's health and wellbeing and any health concerns. Framland are quickly reactive to persons changes. Family is included in any assessment process. They adapt food/diet in line with the person's needs and preferences and offer choices.

Mum is really settled and happy. She enjoys the activities and joins in with multiple activities that are varied. Keeps us well informed of any concerns. The staff are approachable and friendly

The food choices were fine Good choice.

Notwithstanding the above, I would recommend Kibworth Court because, most importantly, the staff were beyond lovely.

It is evident that the full team at Kibworth are devoted to providing the highest level of care for their residents. The environment is happy, caring, professional and warm. Each resident is treated with respect and provided with compassionate living and trusted care. I highly recommend Kibworth Court.

Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating for our nanna and us. We would come bounding in as the 5 of us, would bring our dogs in, her great grandson from 6 months old obsessed with pushing cars up and down the hallway nearly causing accidents. Always greeted with a smile, some chocolate and a dog treat. My nanna was so comfortable and happy from the very beginning which was unbelievably reassuring. And towards the end of her life, the love and compassion you showed her will never be forgotten. Thank you so much.

The bedroom was painted before moving in, but the curtains are old and not too good; the room is of a good size.

My parents both lived in Kibworth Court this year and both were in their 90’s. As a married couple they were always treated with total respect and extreme kindness. The staff could not have been more caring or diligent in looking after them. I can only thank them, and commend the manager for the standards of service she and her team deliver. Simply outstanding. Thank you.

Our mum has just celebrated her 80th birthday at Kibworth Court. The staff are fantastic, nothing ever is too much trouble. They laid on a wonderful afternoon tea for us all. Mum always feels safe and secure at Kibworth, an amazing place with amazing staff.

Mum and Dad have been made to feel very welcome and are treated with dignity. I feel that the staff have made an effort to get to know them personally. The home is always busy so occasionally calls for assistance can take a while to follow up. The staff have made efforts to set up Mum and Dad's room to their liking with safety also in mind. We are very reassured that they are receiving very good care from the care staff. On Mothering Sunday a special tea was laid on with entertainment from two of the staff which lifted the whole atmosphere.

Beautiful homely home, with fabulous, caring engaging and diligent staff. Looks nice, smells nice, feels nice. Welcoming to visitors so that you feel part of the family too. My mother suffers with dementia which is now in the later stages. She has settled so very quickly and is clearly happy. Our whole family feels supported at this very difficult time by this care home. The facility itself has many lovely light bright areas where residents and visitors can spend time together and there is so much for residents and visitors to do together. I really cannot find a negative. Just a sincere thank you for being such a rock and providing such a high level of service.

Theme events held, which are a lively experience.

The activities they provide for the residents is varied from singing groups to craft groups and trips out. The ladies in their care can enjoy having their nails and hair done all in the comfort of their care home.

I am a friend of a resident who has been in Framland for just over a year following a period in hospital and required nursing care whilst being assessed and considered capable of being independent in her own home. Sadly this was not the case and is now residing in Framland Residential Home as a permanent resident. Whilst initially having difficulties with the council regarding assessment, Framland Care Home were excellent in the care and welfare of her and would certainly recommend them.

Happy to say mum seems settled and content which is a big plus.

We wanted to buy our relative a Birthday cake and they said not to bother as they had her special day in hand with a cake and a cake and a Birthday party. She loved it. Thank you, to all the staff for making such a difference to my aunts quality of life.
