Melanie serves as a Deputy Nurse Manager, supporting the leadership and operational management of the nursing unit. In this role, Melanie assists with staff supervision, patient care coordination, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards and healthcare policies.

With a strong clinical background and leadership skills, Melanie works closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of patient care. They are passionate about mentoring nursing staff, promoting effective communication, and contributing to a positive and supportive healthcare environment.

Danielle is a dedicated Nurse Unit Manager responsible for leading and coordinating nursing staff while ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within the unit. With strong clinical expertise and leadership skills, Danielle oversees daily operations, supports staff development, and ensures compliance with healthcare standards and policies. They are committed to fostering a compassionate, safe, and patient-centred environment.

Sophie is an experienced nurse committed to providing holistic, patient-focused care. They demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, effective communication, and a dedication to improving patient wellbeing in a supportive healthcare environment.

Winnie is a compassionate and dedicated nurse with experience in providing high-quality, patient-centred care. They are committed to maintaining patient safety, supporting recovery, and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Ruth is a skilled Senior Carer with a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for those they support. They assist with care planning, staff guidance, and ensuring that care services meet professional standards.

I am a care assistant with over 30 years of experience in the care industry. I am dedicated, reliable, and compassionate, with a strong commitment to supporting residents with dignity, respect, and kindness. I take pride in my work and in providing consistent, high-quality care every day.

Jay is the Administrator at Greenways Care Home, supporting enquiries, admissions, and the day-to-day running of the office. He enjoys being one of the first friendly faces families connect with and helping everyone feel welcome.

Before joining Greenways, Jay gained experience working in hospitality, admin, events, and also did some modelling work - including modelling for George at Asda. He brings a friendly, approachable attitude to his role and enjoys being part of a team that makes a real difference.

I'm an experienced cleaner and currently the Head Housekeeper at Greenways Care Home. I previously worked in a care home, where I gained experience working with residents and keeping daily routines well organised. I take pride in maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment. I am friendly, attentive to detail, and committed to keeping high standards of cleanliness and hygiene every day.

Steven is the Head Chef at Greenways Care Home, Steven is responsible for creating nutritious, well-balanced meals that support the health and well-being of residents. With numerous years of culinary experience, he is passionate about preparing fresh, high-quality dishes that are both comforting and enjoyable.

Emma Boyle is our Customer Relations Manager. Emma is passionate about creating meaningful connections and delivering exceptional customer experiences. With years of experience in customer support, she focuses on understanding client needs and building trust that lasts. Emma knows that great communication and genuine care are the foundation of strong relationships.
