I am a qualified registered nurse and have many years of experience working as a staff nurse in both NHS and private settings. During this time, I have developed extensive knowledge of the management of care homes and the leadership of teams.

I am passionate about developing the team to provide outstanding care and making a positive impact on our residents and their families. Our home combines exceptional personalised care and a welcoming environment where our residents feel truly special every day. I take immense pride in supporting and developing the team to provide outstanding care and improve the quality of life for our residents. Our residents are at the centre of all that we do, and I feel delighted to work at Heron Manor where these values are echoed.
