Having grown up alongside her sister, who has learning disabilities, Nikki has seen firsthand how important respectful, individualised support can be. This experience continues to shape her approach to leadership and care today.

She strongly believes that the best outcomes are achieved when residents, families and care teams work together in partnership. Supporting people to feel heard, valued and involved in decisions about their care remains central to her role.

Godfrey is an extremely experienced mental health nurse who brings a wealth of skills and knowledge to the team. He always remains calm and positive in any situation, keeping the resident at the heart of everyday practice.

Alex has such a kind heart and always makes time for her residents. She is super organised and always willing to support her team, mentoring and supporting all around her. You can always find Alex sitting having a chat and a cuppa with the residents, listening and laughing.

Despite being the master of Jallof rice, Abdou loves cooking good, wholesome food for residents to suit their individual tastes and preferences. You'll always find him smiling with a warm welcome for everyone he meets.

Masai has a very warm and calming nature, and nothing is too much trouble for him. He has a wealth of experience in specialist care and centres his whole practice around the individual needs of the resident.
