Hazelbrook supports adults with a range of complex needs, including dementia, brain injuries, neurological conditions, physical health needs and specialist mental health care. Short-term, enhanced care packages are also available when additional support is required.

Hazelbrook is a modern, purpose-built care home in Braunstone, Leicester, with easy access to local transport links, shops and community amenities. It provides a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals requiring specialist and complex care.

The home consists of 4 ground-floor units all ensuite bedrooms (80 beds in total). Every unit includes its own lounge, dining area, kitchen, quiet room and conservatory creating a comfortable and homely setting:

Victoria House – Nurse led dementia service with a mixture of RMN / RGNs

Knighton House – Rehabilitation Residential services

Abbey House – Specialist Neurological Care and Slow Stream Rehabilitation with input from Neuropsychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and nurses

Western House – enduring mental health for males with input from Psychiatry, Neuropsychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and nurses.

Therapy hub - separate building featuring a large communal activity area, cinema room and hair salon, giving residents opportunities to socialise with family and friends.
