In addition to the standard offering, there are optional extras available to enhance the resident experience. These may include services such as hairdressing, chiropody, newspapers, or certain one-to-one outings and entertainment. These are charged separately, giving residents the flexibility to choose the services that suit their preferences.


In some cases, if a resident or their family chooses additional features such as a larger room or upgraded facilities, a top-up payment may be discussed.
