Bellrose Manor is more like a '5 star luxury hotel staffed by fantastic care givers'. It is exceptional, safe & truly luxurious custom designed luxury care home. The setting is excellent, accessible from the A50 but sufficiently set back that you wouldn't know there was a main road. The grounds are landscaped and there's ample parking with EV charging points. You are always greeted by a weloming member of the team and the residents are treated as family and with great dignity. There's a bistro style bar just behind the reception desk where wonderful beverages and fresh pastries are served to residents and visitors. The rooms are spacious with en suite bathrooms, plenty of storage, a large flat screen TV, large and comfortable beds and, if on the ground floor, a lovely patio. The communal areas are very comfortable with none of the usual chairs around the edge of the room meaning residents can interact with each other very easily. There are plenty of activities & the food is wonderful

For my sister, the move to a Care Home was fairly dramatic, due to a particular situation in her home life. This could have been very difficult, but the staff at Bellerose went to great lengths to ensure that she felt welcome and at home, quickly dispersing the trauma of the move and helping her settle. My sister is younger than most Care Home Residents, which added to her apprehension, but again the staff found different ways of helping her find friends amongst the other residents and to feel that there are still opportunities to live a full life. The staff, activities and facilities that Bellerose offers all help to make my sister's life rich and rewarding. The dining room arrangements and quality of food help enormously.
