Lorraine is an experienced Care Manager with over 25 years in the health & social care sector, specialising in residential dementia care. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated and passionate in supporting individuals living with dementia, ensuring they receive compassionate, high standards of person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and quality of life. Her extensive experience, combined with her caring and empathic approach, has enabled her to support countless residents, families and care professionals over the years.

Lorraine is committed to creating a safe, fun, nurturing environment where individuals feel valued, respected, and empowered to live as independently as possible. She believes that open, honest communication is fundamental to building trust and strong relationships with residents and colleagues, and she leads with a supportive, collaborative approach, empowering her team to thrive.

She holds a range of qualifications in the care sector, including the Registered Managers Award and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health-related subjects from The Open University.

Rachael brings a wealth of experience from the estate agency sector, where she spent many years in customer-focused roles. Driven by a desire to do something more meaningful, she was inspired by her own family and a close friend to support people during important life transitions.

As our Customer Relationship Manager, Rachael takes great pride in guiding families through the journey of finding the right care, ensuring they feel supported, listened to, and reassured every step of the way.

Geraldine joined the Team at Willowmere Lodge as the Care Home Administrator, bringing extensive experience in Administration and Customer Service, alongside many years of caring for family members. This background gives her both the operational skills and the firsthand empathy needed to support residents and their loved ones. She is dedicated to fostering a warm, transparent environment where residents receive high-quality care, and families feel completely at ease.

Nic has 17 years of experience in health and social care, specialising in nursing and dementia care. She holds Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care and is currently working towards her Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.

As Care Manager, Nic is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care, advocating for residents and their families, and leading the home’s care team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Outside of work, Nic enjoys walking her two dogs, camping, baking, drawing, running, and taking part in charity runs for causes close to her heart. Read less
