Job Title: Commissioning Manager Joined: 2026

My career in healthcare and social care has always been driven by a passion for supporting people through some of the most important and vulnerable moments in their lives. Over the years, I have developed extensive experience across mental health, specialist services, and operational leadership, working within fast-paced and highly regulated healthcare environments. Before moving into commissioning, I worked as Clinic Director at Schoen Clinic Chelsea, where I supported multidisciplinary teams delivering specialist mental health and neurodevelopmental services for adults, children, and adolescents. I am now working as a Commissioning Manager supporting the development and launch of Lusso Court Care Centre in London. My role focuses on building a safe, compassionate, and high-quality service from the ground up, from CQC readiness and governance to workforce culture, operational systems, and resident experience. I am particularly passionate about dementia care and creating environments where residents, families, and colleagues feel supported, valued, and empowered every day. I take pride in combining strong operational leadership with a genuinely person-centred approach, always focusing on quality, dignity, and meaningful care outcomes.
